The most useful features of IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are the dashboard and the internal dashboard that gives you rates, reports with PDF, including dashboards.
IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is effective to integrate with other solutions because it's part of Cloud Pak for Business Automation, which is pre-integrated with different modules such as DBM, DataCap, FileNet.
The analytics and reporting tools in IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are the best compared to all other RPAs because all other RPAs only use dashboards while IBM is the only one to have a reporting tool that includes dashboards.

One of the most impactful features of IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been its one-time setup capability. Once it is set up, it runs automatically without requiring manual intervention. We haven't encountered any errors in the last four years, which speaks to its reliability. Additionally, the automation of dunning reports ensures that automatic notifications are sent to our customers, which has helped ensure timely payments.

It's user-friendly; even non-technical people can program bots using drag-and-drop functionalities.
View full review »We can connect with different database types, and they have included a different package for a terminal connection to, for example, AS400. When it comes to UI development, it's not using the drivers or anything. It's not a selector-based development like UiPath.

Some other valuable aspects are the community, the documentation and the training provided.
View full review »The feature I found most valuable is the TCO.
View full review »The solution's best attributes include:
- Less coding: RPA does not necessarily require a developer to configure; drag-and-drop features in user interfaces make it easier to onboard non-technical staff.
- Rapid cost savings: Since RPA reduces the workload of teams, staff can be reallocated towards other priority work that does require human input, leading to increases in productivity and ROI.
- Higher customer satisfaction: Since bots and chatbots can work around the clock, they can reduce wait times for customers, leading to higher rates of customer satisfaction.
- Improved employee morale: By lifting repetitive, high-volume workloads off your team, RPA allows people to focus on more thoughtful and strategic decision-making. This shift in work has a positive effect on employee happiness.

The non-SAP automation is also good. The product’s integration capabilities with other software are sufficient for improving our workflow efficiency. We follow the standard procedures for setting up and deploying bots. There are no challenges. The solution’s impact on staff productivity depends on what we automate. Integrating the tool with SAP, EBS, or other ERPs is easy.
View full review »Number one, you can record your actions, number two, you can orchestrate between the human task and bots. The biggest benefit is that you can orchestrate between the human tasks, system tasks, and the bots. That is what the complete IBM portfolio can provide. No other solution I have seen can provide this level of flexibility. In addition to that, we have the IBM Business Analytics insight as well, which is like real-time dashboards.

The solution's ease of use is its most valuable aspect.
The user interface is very good.
It's easy to develop code. I can click on items and simply drag and drop. I can even open the modules in Excel. It makes everything very simple.

I like the integration with Watson and the possibility to have an intelligent reading of all the customers' documents. It analyzes the main information to provide insights about the customer to understand if the request is a risk. The ability to integrate with hybrid clouds is another advantage.

The ability to do screen-level automation becomes key, and people can connect to it. Especially extracting data from a legacy application, putting information into an Excel, running some macros, etc. Those are well-defined use cases from an RPA perspective.
View full review »The most valuable feature is the ability to automate mundane tasks. This improves efficiency, reliability, etc. You can form critical operations which can be highly automated.
At this stage though, we are not using AI. I think that is the next step. Today, we are mostly focused on taking the human element out of processes. The next step for us before we can deploy to scale will be solving for exception handling. We think AI can help with this.

I think simplicity is key. One of the things that we've noticed is how our developers have been able to quickly adopt the platform; but not only the developers or the techy people, also the business.
One of the things I want to do is empower different business units to be able to do their own automations, so that I, from IT, don't become a bottleneck, but rather I empower others and I enable others to be successful.
