I am using it from a customer relationship management point of view. It facilitates engagement with customers, including correspondence, nurturing, and pursuit management. I am working on building it into the deal, which I call deal banking.

We use CRM, usually HubSpot CRM. Some clients use HubSpot CRM and Zoho CRM. Different clients use different kinds of CRM, but we don't use them.

View full review »We use the solution to host all our customer management and sales. We also use it for lead tracking. We see what's working and move in different stages. We have several stages of the sales process. The solution helps us follow up with the sales team members and see their efforts with a specific client or opportunity.
We also have a tier-two campaign. If the campaign becomes a lead, it goes into HubSpot for follow-up and engagement. We use Apollo. It ties to HubSpot when it gets a lead. The lead is sent to HubSpot and is followed up with.

So, we have integrated a bunch of things so that the accuracy of the data can be increased once the impact ratio of the data is increased. We have created a campaign for emails and a funnel to trace each and every client we are targeting.

Our main use cases involve communication with our users. We use HubSpot CRM for that purpose. We have integrations with Aircall for calling users, and our members can also call us. We also use the tool for SMS and utilize its out-of-the-box email features.
While I can't comment much on the marketing side as it's handled by another department, I believe they make use of the solution as well. We also use the sales pipelines to track the progress of our funnel on our site.

It integrated with the emailing tools, so that was really helpful. The fact that you could go right to the CRM and track communications in terms of your emails to and from prospects. That was probably the most helpful. It's a really simple tool, very easy to manage. It was very easy for even one person to manage it. For example, if I made the list in Excel and then converted it into an XML format and uploaded it, that was really easy.

View full review »I use it mostly to add customer details for those I get a chance to interact with. These details could be those related to a prospect, an ongoing discussion, a converted prospect, or a non-converted contact, and so on.
We use it to keep track of and record leads created as well as their ongoing status. It helps me to recover any lead using a name, company name, etc.
You can also add lead sources as created from any campaign, external or internal inquiries, or your own sourcing. Also keeps a track record of emails sent and opened by the target audience and helps in figuring out genuine interest.

View full review »Through HubSpot, we are getting a lot of leads from different sources where we can post HubSpot forms. Once any customer fills that form, we will get a lead request.
From the lead, we are going to segregate. We are going to distribute those leads to our internal team, like a round-robin, by using workflows. This is the way we are going to assign leads.
Basically, we will get opportunities. From that, our opportunities, our people are going to convert that opportunity to leads where we can manage end-to-end communication between customers and our people.
By logging in, I am able to see what things are going on. For example, how many leads are in the pipeline, how many opportunities are converted into leads, how many are in trial mode, how many are in payer mode, et cetera. All these things we can track through HubSpot. At the same time, we are going to track the salesperson's activity also through HubSpot.
View full review »An example of our use of HubSpot CRM is for our client based in the UK, e.g. a company with many small offices, which requires us to buy a professional solution such as HubSpot, or another cloud-based solution, as it can be useful for them.
Our clients have employees who work remotely, and employees who work from the main office, which can be difficult, but HubSpot CRM makes it easier and is very useful in that type of situation.

We use HubSpot for marketing and sales purposes. We use it to create blog posts, and our website is also hosted on HubSpot.
We monitor website traffic and can see how much traffic is generated through social media. We also run different email campaigns and utilize the newsletter functions as well to create newsletters and send them to all of the customers.
We have two types of teams: enterprise and demand generation teams. If a new lead comes, they will add all the details to HubSpot, track the leads, and know where they come from, whether they are from partners or direct customers.
We can send all the emails to HubSpot and call customers from HubSpot as well because the calls are recorded to HubSpot.
