The best features of Salesforce Platform that I appreciate are that it is very configurable and easy for both developers as well as customers to use. It integrates with a very large number of systems and solutions, so I can bring in a lot of data from systems of record. I have workflows which are easy to configure in a drag-and-drop way of doing it. With the agent-tick and all, I have the ability to do quite a lot of virtual automated work. The analytics is also very good, so it is a complete set of functionality. Different use cases, whether it is customer service management, sales operation, or marketing operation, add value to quite a lot of other areas.

The most valuable aspect is that it gives you everything within Salesforce. You don't need to go outside the platform for anything, from lead generation to post-sale support.

We have the entire lifecycle of the process. 

It's quite easy for a beginner to learn and use. Salesforce offers free tutorials and courses online – check out their Trailhead website. It guides you step-by-step, from what Salesforce is, all the way up to becoming an administrator or developer. All the training materials are available, so if someone wants to learn, the resources are there.

The most valuable features are the pipeline management, being able to track the pipeline anytime, and the ability to get in touch with our high management team or board members.

Getting in touch with the members through the dashboard in SalesForce is easier and faster than email.

SalesForce is renowned for its service strategies in most of the worldwide companies.
