Parallels Access gives me full access and control of the computer, and I can do anything I want remotely. There are many more people in my unique situation with physical limitations who can't access a computer, mouse, keypad, or keyboard. This tool allows me to access it and accomplish anything I want. Hence, it's very important.

Parallels Access is a very easy-to-deploy and secure solution. It is good for small as well as large setups. We can start with 15 users, and then it can go up. 

The solution is very stable.

It is user-friendly.

It's got a very easy-to-use interface. 

The application used to publish for mobile devices is very good. It publishes better than the VDI. The desktop publishing is very, very good.

It is simple to set up. 

The scalability is good for smaller businesses. 

What seems to be the most valuable from the customer side is the ease of operation, and the overall experience they have.

It's great that the total deployment can happen completely remotely.

It's an easy solution for customers to pick up and use from day one. 

The publishing aspect of the solution is great. Different users can publish applications based on requests, which they couldn't previously do via their VPN. It's easy for them to pick up and publish and then give rights to whomever they choose.
