Automation Anywhere Saving Costs
Has Automation Anywhere helped you save time or costs? If yes, how much was saved, and why?
Automation Anywhere has been instrumental in saving us both time and money. It serves as a core strategy in our efforts to streamline operations and reduce our reliance on manual labor. This has allowed us to handle multiple workloads with increased stability. We are committed to continuing on this path of automation to further optimize our processes.

Automation Anywhere has significantly reduced our operational costs and freed up employee time. With thousands of automated processes running on our platform, we're saving thousands of hours of work every month.
View full review »Depending on the task, Automation Anywhere has saved us up to 70 percent of our time, directly correlating to cost savings.
View full review »It's saved us time and money so far. We were able to do reports both before and after running Automation Anywhere and could compare the results and we were able to see that we did actually record savings on both counts.

Automation Anywhere helped save time and costs. In our scenario, it has drastically helped us as there used to be a proper dedicated team who had to do these manual activities. That has been cut down, and the system is taking care of everything for us.

Automation Anywhere saves us one month per year.
View full review »The savings from automation depend on the specific automation implemented. Some automations may provide minimal benefits to the business. For example, if a new automation is introduced and the business user spends only two percent of their time per day on the related task, the savings may be insignificant. To evaluate the ROI, we calculate the costs over five years, including development, support, licensing, and infrastructure setup. In the first year, the focus is on investment and implementation. While savings may not be fully realized in the second year, from the third to fifth year, the business can expect significant returns due to reduced human labour. The automated process can be continuously enhanced to adapt to changing business requirements. My organization has achieved savings of approximately one point five billion over the past year and a half through automation.
View full review »While we don't assess the dollar savings, we look at the amount of time saved per project. The tasks were previously completed by hand, but Automation Anywhere enabled a lot of process automation, giving users automation that runs around the clock. For example, we can automate processes to address point-in-time reports so a user doesn't need to wake up at midnight to handle these issues.

We reduced the number of full-time equivalent employees from five to one through automation.
View full review »The time to value varies depending on the size of your project and its objectives. It takes four to six weeks to produce a viable project if your goal is to prove that you can automate a process in your environment and realize value. Medium-to-large high-value automations might take six to 10 weeks or more. Once you have 10 processes in production, you'll see a return of two to five times the investment.

Previously, we were doing everything manually. We needed a lot of people to do the work manually. We need 20 to 30 people to manage invoice billing every day. With Automation Anywhere, it has become very easy for us to do invoice billing. It has saved us about 80% of the time. We only need 10 people now. Financially, it has helped us a lot because we can manage tasks very easily with few people. The workload has been reduced by using automation.
View full review »Previously, the client's accounting team had to collect all the bills, and based on the vendor, upload those to a particular portal. They daily receive bills for more than 250 vendors. We have now automated the process. There is no manual intervention. Earlier, this effort used to take more than 300 hours per month with more than ten people, whereas now, it does not take more than 50 hours per month, and they have only five people.

Automation Anywhere has helped us save money, as we track use cases with ROI, resulting in FTE savings. For instance, last quarter itself, we processed almost six million transactions using Automation Anywhere, which involved around 70 bots running 24/7, saving about 150 FTEs.
View full review »We are reviewing all automations to track metrics for time and money saved, with the most recent evaluation showing over $20,000 saved per quarter just from our finance automations.
Some benefits I have tracked from using Automation Anywhere relate to the Finance Automation COE I established. We are reviewing all automations to track metrics for time and money saved, with the most recent evaluation showing over $20,000 saved per quarter just from our finance automations.

View full review »We've saved almost 2,000 manual hours a month.
View full review »With Automation Anywhere, we have been able to streamline processes for our customers in the logistics industry. Currently, we are increasing efficiency for logistics agents or logistics operators and increasing their productivity. Running a business with a lot of people is expensive. Agentic AI is going to help us have the same level of productivity but with lower costs.
View full review »The main challenge we were trying to solve by bringing Automation Anywhere was automating different processes and manual tasks that our employees do. We wanted to help the company save money, and we have been able to do that. Overall, it justifies the cost.
View full review »I can confidently say that document automation saves us time, as it takes human effort significantly down from five to seven minutes manually per PO. It is being executed much faster by the bots. One of the notable benefits we've realized from Automation Anywhere is a significant reduction in errors when processing data, which improves both revenue accuracy and operational efficiency.
View full review »We have measured the time saved by using document automation with Automation Anywhere, and it amounts to about five hours. We can optimize about three or four people who previously performed the tasks manually. This is just the beginning of the impact we see, however, it's a significant impact for us. We've saved about 500 hours so far.
View full review »At the end of the day, the effort that you put in has exponential benefits, giving you many advantages from your lines of code, which is amazing.
View full review »With the cash flow generated just on the one bot we had operating, it's paid for itself in the first month.
With the cash flow generated just on the one bot we had operating, it's paid for itself in the first month. It's reasonable for what it provides since hiring someone to do that job would cost more than that in a year. It's cheaper than an employee and more reliable.
View full review »In the past five years, we have deployed hundreds of bots, with our numbers continuing to grow by 100%. We are effectively doubling the bots deployed to production each year, and the savings are easily in the range of 150 to 200,000 hours annually, which we give back to our businesses for more meaningful work.
View full review »I can't say right now exactly how much we're saving in dollars, however, there's a measurable benefit, as we work closely with the legal team that performs a lot of manual work, and we help them significantly. That's my main customer right now. Additionally, I have technology and finance as other critical customers, covering probably 80% of the company. As a financial institution focusing on financial advice, we are about to open a digital bank in the next few days.
View full review »The benefit has been in terms of the bot taking a job that someone was doing and being able to move that person into another position. We have also seen a department with ten people being able to do the same work with two people. We were able to move those other people to more value-added tasks.

View full review »We currently have around 50 automations running in production, and I am confident that we are saving several million dollars as a result.
I have seen a lot of benefits using Automation Anywhere. We currently have around 50 automations running in production, and I am confident that we are saving several million dollars as a result. I cannot provide those numbers right now. Still, I can see many benefits emerging. We work very closely with the legal team, who have to do a lot of manual work; we basically help a lot. That's my main customer right now. The next important customer is technology and digital technology, and then finance. So from all those three teams, I'm covering probably 80% of the company. As a financial institution focusing mainly on financial advice, we will be opening a completely digital bank in the next few days.
View full review »Document automation does save time, however, we're not getting accurate results, which is why we opted for third-party tools. However, we still want to give document automation another chance.

As we were closing our fiscal year, we had this huge backlog that we needed to clean up. The business was preparing to hire 12 people to do that, and even though they were not sure they could handle it, we built the process to extract and do the entire process just in two weeks. We were able with a single person to clean the entire backlog, which gave us huge benefits.

In half a day or a few hours, Automation Anywhere saves me time, so as an organization, we are at least somewhere better in terms of productivity.
View full review »The time saved by implementing Automation Anywhere depends on the number of applications involved. With fewer applications, it can save up to 40% to 50% of time. However, with complex applications involving multiple pages and interactions, the savings shift toward FTE savings, with time savings reducing to 10% or 20%.
View full review »The main benefits I see from using Automation Anywhere, in terms of time-saving, cost-saving, and resource-saving, is the release of resources from high-paid and high-skilled specialists for more creative tasks.
View full review »The impact of Automation Anywhere on our organization has been significant. It has helped us save a considerable amount of time, approximately 30% to 40%, in repetitive processes and has improved automation accuracy. Regarding the financial impact, my senior mentioned that it saves our organization around 40% to 50% in costs since it automates roughly half of the tasks, including data integration and file transfer.
View full review »The solution saves about sixty percent of my time and approximately fifty thousand rupees per month.
View full review »The return on investment from Automation Anywhere at our organization has been both tangible and intangible, delivering value far beyond the initial financial calculation. From a direct standpoint, the biggest gain has been cost savings and operational efficiency. Processes that earlier took hours of manual effort are now executed in minutes, translating into a massive reduction in man-hours and labor costs.
View full review »Both time and cost benefits are achieved. While specific client details are confidential, the solution reduces time, increases accuracy, and decreases the number of process steps required to perform tasks. These improvements result in significant cost reductions.

View full review »We have had a massive return on full-time employee resources that we have saved by just using Automation Anywhere. Since I picked it up and joined the team, we have found different areas to use it beyond the main one that I stated earlier. We have a lot of daily processes running now that take a lot of manual work off our business users—the simple day-to-day tasks that do not require much thought but are quite time-consuming. The return on investment is massive and it is super useful.
View full review »We do track ROI, though I do not have the exact statistics in mind. For every man hour during any deployment, we estimate about $70 saved based on how much it takes manually to do that process, and we track that every time the bot runs.
