For business users without technical skills, automation is achievable depending on the complexity of the task. Simple processes like sending custom emails from an Excel list can be easily automated with basic tutorials. While time and practice are necessary for mastery, basic automation can be initiated with just a few introductory videos.

The learning curve for Automation Anywhere is relatively short, with non-technical users able to start developing within a week. This rapid learning process allows beginners to learn on the go and immediately apply new knowledge. With dedicated practice, approximately 40 hours, or a week's effort, can result in significant developer readiness.

Regarding how easy or difficult it is to train new employees on how to use Automation Anywhere, it is quite complex for new users to get adopted to it because of the many features, and going through each of the features is quite difficult for new people. However, once you get them trained, then we are good.

Regarding the duration it takes to train non-technical employees on using Automation Anywhere, we provided documentation and instructions. Employees reviewed them along with YouTube or external links to start automation, beginning without needing technical support from our team. There were sessions around it, but I do not believe they required much assistance apart from the provided instructions and tutorial guides.
