In the age of Agentic AI, the biggest challenges for me and my company involve adoption. We are still in the infancy of process automation, so currently, it is just getting the stakeholders to buy in. Automation Anywhere has helped me with that.

In the age of agentic AI, the big challenge is moving to the next step. We are currently running all RPAs now. So robotic automation is the key for us now, and we are moving to the next generation of automation, which is agentic processing. We need a helping hand to make sure that our company strategy and the goal can be achieved with this agentic automation.

The biggest challenge for the models is to keep track of the context. Whenever the context is too large, it tends to hallucinate. That's something that we're working on right now. Automation Anywhere helps me overcome these challenges through its well-structured knowledge base. We're still looking for ways to improve the context window. The support they provide in helping through every step is beneficial.

Automation Anywhere is helping us improve processes, as it can handle specific improvements. As we can execute the same processes, it is now easy and fast. With the APA, we can improve more processes. As the processes are more automated and easier to use, it is faster to gain value. Automation Anywhere is helping me overcome these challenges.

Automation Anywhere helps us overcome challenges in the age of GenAI. The platform has solved our initial challenges as we transition from being a pilot to a long-term customer. With GenAI, challenges revolve around use case identification and implementing AI in processes while ensuring governance and protecting sensitive information, government information, and student information.

In the age of agentic AI, the biggest challenges for my company are the need for a significant cultural change and managing information security. Automation Anywhere helps me overcome those challenges in part since it empowers people to focus on value-added activities instead of repetitive tasks that hold no value.

In the age of AARI and Automation Anywhere 2019 IQ Bot, the biggest challenges for me and my company are understanding the product and implementing it at the right place. It's not always about learning something from the university portal or training. It's about how we are implementing that in real time. Automation Anywhere has not yet helped overcome these challenges because we are still exploring AARI for document automation. We are doing a couple of use cases.

In the age of agentic AI, my biggest challenges and those of my company include finding the right use case and then choosing the right platform. There are a lot of companies that offer services, so we have to do evaluations across each company and then select the right one to solve the problem. Automation Anywhere is one of the leaders in this space.

In the age of agentic AI, the biggest challenges for me and my company occur when different players come up with their own copilots. The key factor that will help us from a scalability standpoint is integration. There are multiple ways to achieve this, not just through the presentation UI layer, but also through the database side or using an API. A high degree of versatility of the tool and interoperability is essential, not just from Automation Anywhere but also from other applications, because if they are too closed, it will not allow for seamless end-to-end automation.

I'm still determining what the main challenge I am looking to solve with an agentic process automation. We have many areas that still need to be covered. In the age of agentic AI, the biggest challenges for me and my company are adoption and implementation costs. It's expensive for licensing and development. We definitely want to implement these things, however, we need to do it piece by piece. We're trying to address low-hanging fruit to create revenue that will pay for future bots and agentic AI.

In the age of agentic AI, our company's biggest challenges include getting buy-in and understanding across the organization. All decision-makers and stakeholders need to understand what's possible, what competitors are doing, and how the industry landscape is changing. There aren't necessarily challenges with the software itself.

The biggest challenges for me and my company in the age of A2019 AI stem from being a financial institution and credit union, which creates a particularly conservative environment. This takes more evangelism to get adopted, as financial institutions tend to have more regulatory compliance issues that we must be very conscientious of, so we have to proceed slower on that front. AI governance is definitely getting attention and discussion in my company. Everyone has accepted that it's going to be a huge part of the landscape in the very near future, so it's important to ensure we have everything managed and planned within compliance for protecting private, personal information.

Automation Anywhere has helped us deal with these challenges. In Doc Automation, we have this project where we had a huge backlog. As we were closing our fiscal year, we had this huge backlog that we needed to clean up. The business was preparing to hire 12 people to do that, and even though they were not sure they could handle it, we built the process to extract and do the entire process just in two weeks. We were able with a single person to clean the entire backlog, which gave us huge benefits.
