We actually have some citizen developers in our organization who develop entire processes on Automation Anywhere, even with very little knowledge of how RPA works. Of course, the old version 11 was very difficult to work on, but the new A360, which has been in the market for the past two to three years, is very developer-friendly. For a few users, I had to explain how to get inside the machine and how to trigger the automation in the case of attended execution, where they were running the automations by themselves. Apart from that, there were no major things that needed to be handled by the end-users, so those were pretty easy for them.
