The main challenge we are looking to solve with Agentic Process automation involves processes that work specifically with call center operations. This includes agents taking calls, managing cases, working with ServiceNow, ticket handling, and similar tasks.

If you think about not just the traditional labor savings, but how to elevate the performance of employees that will still be there, agentive AI brings a lot to the table for those kinds of solutions as well.

The main challenge I was looking to solve with a GenAI process automation was finding the GenAI solutions that were presented, and it has a combination that allows integration with the GenAI process automation with test bots.

I value the Agent AI feature because previously all automation was achieved through RPA. Now, with AI advancement, we have RPA plus Agent use cases where Agent AI handles everything without human intervention in the loop.
