What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Sometimes, software issues, some stability problems on different versions.

Customer Service: Pretty good.Technical Support: Pretty good.

Yes, Cisco. Cisco is very expensive for smaller businesses.

How was the initial setup?

Easy enough to deploy if you have networking knowledge.

What about the implementation team?

In-house.

Very good.

Cisco, Juniper.

What other advice do I have?

Try to do dome certification courses first, do not deploy Mikrotik gear without solid knowledge about networking, TCP/IP, etc.

What is our primary use case?

I mainly use MikroTik Routers. We use them for laboratory and integral solution purposes and different kinds of load balancing and network switching. We also use them for different kinds of use cases that highly rely on network switching. I am using the latest version, and I do automatic updates.

What is most valuable?

They are stable.

What needs improvement?

It would be very good if these products are accessible via different kinds of shells and GUI. It will make these solutions very usable.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for a few years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

They are stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

They are scalable. The number of users varies based on the usage of the company, but generally, we have between 20 to 100 users.

How are customer service and technical support?

I never used their technical support.

How was the initial setup?

I didn't have any difficulty with the initial setup. They provide different kinds of documentation. As long as they provide an installation document, I don't have any problem with these installations and different kinds of procedures. 

What about the implementation team?

I installed it myself.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution to others. We plan to keep using this solution. 

I would rate MikroTik Routers an eight out of ten.

The product is very reliable.

What needs improvement?

The product's setup process could be easier. Additionally, its interface needs to be modern, similar to Grandstream.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using MikroTik Routers and Switches for more than five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product has good 100% stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have 20 customers for MikroTik Routers and Switches. It has good scalability. It provides more than enough internet access.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Recently, we started using Grandstream.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is complicated. It takes half an hour to complete.

What about the implementation team?

I take help from an IT executive whenever I encounter any implementation issues.

What other advice do I have?

MikroTik Routers and Switches is a very stable equipment. I rate it a ten out of ten.
