By generating before-and-after daily reports, whenever there is a change, a report is generated, and I believe this is something very important for the team.

Ivanti Neurons for UEM is known for its automation processes and how it ties everything together. I suppose it is quite nice how to do incremental automation.

I noticed that the app packaging is a bit different. With automation, the incremental approach works differently than with Microsoft Intune, where scripts get deployed immediately. I think Ivanti Neurons for UEM is better for automation, but overall it is different. I did not use it in-depth since I was primarily focused on migrating away from it.

You can save the complete cost for Ivanti Neurons for UEM and apply it to something you are already paying for. The client also experienced improved enrollment deployment time significantly. I do not remember the exact duration, but the improvement was substantial. Previously, deployment took much longer, and now they can do it in an hour. They can even give the task to end users.

Ivanti Neurons for UEM is solid. There is nothing really wrong with it. You can govern settings, create security policies, and everything is included. You can create automation and build your own custom solutions besides the built-in settings that Ivanti provides, so it is quite solid and not bad.

Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management offers features that are user-friendly, best to use, and not very complex. We can easily create a ticket and assign it to multiple teams and escalate it. We can also enter messages and comments, so end to end, it is a very easy tool for incident management or as an ITSM tool.

Regarding what makes it user-friendly, mainly when we raise the ticket, it automates and generates the alert. A ticket has been created, and through email, it has the functionality to record the user message and the client message. If something is pending or if they want to change any subject or requirement, users can add anything through email as well. Through email, they can directly open the tool for their ticket.

Feature-wise, it is easy to move to other modules to see the history and look for assigned tickets, and we can easily navigate through the tool. If there is any issue or a kind of priority ticket that is pending for a sign, it has the functionality to give a sideline, indicating these tickets are pending or that we need to take action promptly in the tool. This feature is good.

Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management impacts my organization positively, mainly through interaction with the client for day-to-day issues, particularly for P1, P2, and P3. Sometimes based on the priority basis, they revert on the ticket and respond. I work with the ION client, and that has been great. They share proper descriptions of what actions or resolutions will be there to resolve the issues. They also share complete BAM files to provide support at that level. It is more friendly and easy to interact with the tool and the client because it works end to end, and we promptly receive updates for P1. For P2 and P3, it takes sometimes six hours or one day, depending on who is available for support.

The positive impact for P1 issues, where servers go down and we are unable to open the environment, is that we raise the P1 ticket to the client so they can take remediation and provide proper RCA and support on that. Basically, for the P1 ticket, they support promptly, and that feature is great because they are available twenty-four-seven to provide the support.

We have been getting security alerts and insights into our network. It is also very useful when offboarding users, as you can use their username to see all the devices they work with. I also appreciate the simplicity of the UI; it is easy to manage and navigate around.

Reporting is something that we rely on a lot. With so many devices all over the place, we did not always feel that we had control over all of the devices, but now with this solution, we can make reports and figure out where our devices are, what they are doing, what their status is, and who is using them. Those reporting capabilities are very useful. I would also say the UI being so easy to navigate is very intuitive, so if I need to drill down suddenly into one machine or onto one user, it is super easy to do. This helps the helpdesk team perform remote desktop functions and execute any action remotely on the endpoint observer. Additionally, I integrate EPM with Ivanti ITSM and ITAM so the ITSM team can work on assets and open tickets as needed.

I also generate reports from the reporting tool. For EPM, Endpoint Manager Mobile, I have experience with Email+ integration with Exchange and Active Directory, email integration, and creating work profiles on endpoints and mobile devices so customers can use these applications securely and perform secure actions within the application container.

We can set a maintenance window and push the patch.

I prefer writing scripts, doing software deployment, pushing it, and distributing applications in servers for the corner of the whole location. We download patches from Ivanti, and it collaborates with more than 700 products.

For third-party applications, we download the patches, set a role in our environment, and push it using the maintenance window time and activation date. For software deployment, we receive the service request to install and prepare scripts and then push it in many locations according and relevant to the service request for each location. The group or collection devices are affected by the policy.
