Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Easy to manage and fully secure.""ShareFile gives you all of the features of cloud providers, but in an on-premises solution.""The solution would query the Active Directory, and if new accounts were identified, Citrix ShareFile would add them automatically.""It's user-friendly for end users.""This provides us with a secure way of sending tax returns without having to use passwords.""The Enterprise Dropbox solution is highly integrated with Microsoft's Office 365 and Azure products.""The solution is scalable.""Citrix has a very good file auditing features and security features."

"The product is user-friendly and knows how to appeal to a user. Google Docs accepts some of our requirements. Its most valuable feature is performance. The product's integrations are good.""It's easy to control the admin settings, like updating the SDS, NIK, etc. I""The initial setup is very easy.""Extremely reliable, providing great collaboration features.""G Suite and all of Google were the first to have a built-in multifactor authentication without needing to purchase another product.""It's certainly easier to meet. We have offices around the world and the ability to have a company meeting on Google Meet platform makes it a whole lot easier to actually have everybody virtually in one room at the same time.""The valuable features of this solution are ease of use, performance is great, and collaboration. It is very easy to share and joins documents.""The initial setup of Google Workspace is straightforward."

Cons
"Some of our customers are facing issues if they've deployed in hybrid mode.""They should integrate the solution with more email services.""The configuration on the mobile devices is a little clunky, in terms of setting up the application.""DLP features are lacking and required because, especially with everyone working from home, security is now paramount when the data is on BYOD devices.""Everything they have should be integrated into one item.""The user interface is not very intuitive.""My only issue with this solution is the cost, which should be improved.""There are sometimes scalability issues after updates."

"I believe Google Drive has potential for improvement. Enhancements could be made in terms of synchronization and the functionality of the Google Sheets app, particularly in areas like formulas and pivot tables, to make it more comparable to Microsoft Excel. Google Chat needs to make improvements so that we can send Excel and PDFs from the mobile app itself. I would like to see Google Bard integrated with the product.""Their tool called Sheets is the counterpart to Excel but it doesn't have the same functionality that Excel would have. So usually if somebody needs to go back to Excel or Office, it's because of Excel.""Better integration without visual misrepresentation with the Microsoft suite is required.""There could be more options in Google G Suite. They can include HD calling for Google Meet. The layout portion in the calendar for Google G Suite can be better designed. When we get into the calendar and start scheduling meetings, we do have few hiccups here and there. The layout can be a little easier. People from different backgrounds are finding it a little bit tough to understand. It should be more intuitive. At the moment, it has a completely white background. To do power saving, it would be good if they can release a darker background. There are a few issues with the formatting of Google Docs when they get converted to Microsoft docs. It would be amazing if they can resolve it in the next release.""We need more functionality with Google Sheets""I'm not sure if Google Drive has a customizing feature, however, if it did, then it would be better.""Google Workspace has limitations as a document or file management system. Without a workspace account, manual actions are required to perform tasks such as managing groups of people. Additionally, managing permissions individually is a time-consuming and inefficient process. It's difficult to articulate, but the process is not very streamlined.""In the next release, I would like to see more encryption of documents, mail, and things like that. There should be a better way to encrypt mail and documents that are pushed through this system. That would be some improvement or additional features that could be good to have."
