We run our core banking solution, hosting various services, on Cisco UCS B-Series. We have more than three thousand users internally, and over five million customers are accessing our internet banking services and mobile applications which run on this server.

Initially, Cisco UCS B-Series was part of Cisco's collaboration suite. As part of Cisco's collaboration suite, users used to run Cisco IP telephony solutions on Cisco UCS B-Series. Later, Cisco UCS B-Series came into the market as normal servers to meet the requirements of its users. Cisco UCS B-Series specifically does a good job for certain large or heavy workloads. For vertical scalability, Cisco UCS B-Series is ideally used in the banking and manufacturing sectors in some cases.

I use the solution in my company in our virtual environment along with VMware, and it hosts around 23 virtual servers while also being able to offer features in the area of unified collaboration in our call center.

We use them for a virtualization environment with VMware ESXi version 7.0, update 3. We have B200 M4 blades in a Cisco chassis connected to Fabric Interconnect switches 6632 with Tracy number 5108. 

The Fabric Interconnects are integrated with IBM V7000 storage through a Fabric Extender to connect to the IBM SAN storage, V7000.

We deploy VMs for the banking sector, such as credit union companies. Sometimes, the VMs hosting all the on-premises systems for disaster recovery (DR) purposes are shifted to the Azure cloud. This is a hybrid cloud environment.

The Cisco UCS B-Series servers are used to run backend databases ranging from small, medium, to large, running different versions of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL. It also includes cloud databases, big data such as Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.

Additionally, the middle-tier component includes IAM systems such as Oracle, SailPoint, Ping Federate, and Okta, including Oracle Fusion apps such as EBS, ERP systems, HR system, HCM, both on-premises and cloud. The Cisco UCS B-Series supports various deployments in on-premises data centers and cloud.

Our clients typically start with a proof of concept deployment, focusing on smaller operations before scaling up to larger ones, handling OLTP, OLAP, and large data warehouses. As clients see the value, they proceed to invest further in the system. Cisco UCS B-Series is also designed for cloud virtualization and integrates with VMware, Hyper-V, and Intersight.

We do support to customers as a managed service provider. We use Cisco UCS B-Series, particularly the M5, M4, M3, and M2 series for them.

We get a few deployments here and there. Maybe we did one, two, or three years ago. Recently, we have done some blade architecture, but from Cisco. It's primarily about customer preference, so some customers prefer Cisco UCS.

We are running many applications for a logistics provider. We do the storing of goods for our partners and transport and so on.

We use the solution to help manage our data centers.

We've used blades and hyperflex. It's for data center refreshes and greenfield solutions. We've done a lot of HCI Solutions.

We're basically taking old three-tier storage, no compute, networking solutions and then pulled into an ACI solution hyperflex or blades. I've worked on both the UCSX series and also the B series. M6, M7, and M5, and with a lot of fabric interconnects - just pretty much anything and everything for UCF.

We have been working with Cisco UCS B-Series for data center operations since 2018. We implemented it in one bank, but everything else is handled by HP.

We use it as a stand-alone for computing only in HyperFlex. Using multiple projects and VDI projects, you can utilize distribution and access codes to find the storage that works for various solutions and scenarios.

We primarily use Cisco UCS B-Series in data center operations.

We use the solution for our network system.

We use the solution to host all of our USX. The solution was deployed for the hypervisor.

We use it for our digital adjustment. It's a technology that allows you to unify all the major components you need. You have the networking component, and your servers are connected too. We have an established enterprise system for data, and we do not use the historical component of the use case. We only use the networking and the server component. It is a very robust and reliable solution.

My company uses Cisco UCS B-Series for multiple use cases. Mainly, we use the product in our company for the general IT infrastructure deployment.

We use it primarily for computing purposes.

We are a solution provider and this is one of the products that we implement for our clients. These systems are for advanced data.

I use it for telephony. 

We primarily use the product for hosting our servers.

The solution is being used for our internal use along with VMware.

This is an on-premises enterprise solution that is primarily used for Microsoft, Linux, and Oracle workloads which require intensive computing for hosting/running clustered and standalone applications.

Cisco UCS B-Series are the Blade servers where we have installed VMware.

We use this solution for infrastructure management.

We do not use the Cisco UCS B-Series in our company. Rather, we support it for one of our customers.

Using this product allows for the virtualization of all things, including MAC addresses and the profile. If we have an issue in a physical server then we just have to remove it, put another one in its place, and reapply the profile.

I'm not an expert in using the UCS Blade but I work on it enough to speak a little bit about it. My primary job is support, although I perform some actions.

We host mostly our production environment in these Blades. We choose this series due to the reliability/stability and for ease of scalability. We are a 24/7 business and uptime is most critical for us. Stable environment with 99.99% uptime including a good scalable architecture is something like "Gold with Fragrance"

The UCS Manager, UCS Blades including chassis, and Main Data Centre Virtualization Physical Infrastructure on VMware between sites act as our critical and secure data center environment.

This solution is reliable, expandable, agile, manageable, and scales easily, allowing us to focus on using UCS Manager. We are now expanding the Cisco Hyperconverged solution embedded with the UCS manager.

This is the plus to expand the reliability, expandability, redundancy, and availability of our data center infrastructure environment.

Primarily, we use UCS to run our virtualization stack.  

We are a system integrator and promote Dell solutions to our customers. We deal mostly with mid-range storage, servers, and some backup solutions.

We use Cisco UCS B-Series as a central computing environment.

I use this solution for general company services, including file-sharing, Microsoft services, active directory services, and backup solutions.

The solution can be useful for cloud solutions and they are automatized. Everything is automatized, and it's highly available.

The solution is primarily used for computation purposes. 

We use it in our data center. In our infrastructure, we virtualize our servers.

We use the solution for a server.

We are using this solution to connect to a rack system.

We use this product for SAP HANA in a QA development environment. It is at the core of our business.

Our whole VMware Farm is running on Flexpod, which uses the UCS B-Series for compute resources. Using the Blade along with Fibre Interconnect, it provides high availability and ease of migration to other hardware in case of failure. The cabling and power footprint is at the lowest so far.

We use it for computing and virtualization. All the blade servers are used for database uploads.

We are a system integrator. So, we sell multiple type of software and hardware solutions. We implement solutions and provide support. 

We have multiple versions of the solution currently running. It depends on our customer.

Mostly VMs, for hosting virtual infrastructure. It represents 99 percent of our computing workforce.
