We primarily use TeamViewer for meetings and sometimes, for IT to support us when there are issues with our laptop.

The most valuable feature is the ease of use. Using this solution enables us to get support easily.

The user interface is very nice.

I have used TeamViewer Remote Management in different organizations over the past 10 years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This is a very stable product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

TeamViewer is a scalable solution. We have approximately 70 people in the company and all of them are using it. If the number of employees increases then our usage of TeamViewer will increase.

How are customer service and support?

I have not been in contact with technical support because I haven't had any issues.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

When I started using remote desktop applications, I began with TeamViewer.

We also use Anydesk for remote desktop management. TeamViewer is better than Anydesk, and we use it more often.

The installation is very straightforward.

I deployed it myself.

We pay for a yearly license.
