There were lots of different requirements, and collaboration and review is one of the biggest things. There is also Office 360 integration, and there's flexibility to use it as a database as well.

This solution is valuable for me in the sense that I can get at the behavior of the application, modify it, and get it to do what I need it to do, and get clients to understand the challenges and opportunities. Most other solutions require a lot of programming but I use Microsoft Visual Basic, so it simplifies things further.

I love how there are no milestone swimlanes. The only swimlanes are business role swimlanes which makes process mapping easier and easy to read.

Process modelling through object creation and management. It is beneficial as a very effective change management of processes at the object level if you need to modify a process, and it will impact other processes as well, the object changed automatically changes in other processes as well.

Good and effective reporting features, which help in decision making.
