If you change the UI similar to Microsoft Office, it enhances usability. The second important feature is the ability to choose and customise the factory settings to match your brand, including all the interconnections. This flexibility is the most helpful part in the standard version.

View full review »This solution is valuable for me in the sense that I can get at the behavior of the application, modify it, and get it to do what I need it to do, and get clients to understand the challenges and opportunities. Most other solutions require a lot of programming but I use Microsoft Visual Basic, so it simplifies things further.

It is beneficial as a very effective change management of processes at the object level if you need to modify a process, and it will impact other processes as well, the object changed automatically changes in other processes as well.
