I would like better support for migration objects.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We have problems getting the bot to run in our non-production environment. It took a long time to get the bot to run in our production environment.

The technical support is mediocre. The support is sometimes really good, and sometimes it is really bad.

How was the initial setup?

The setup was very difficult. It recognizes the correct fields that you put into it, but it resulted in complex scripts.

What about the implementation team?

We did the deployment in-house.

What was our ROI?

I don't think that we have seen ROI yet.

What other advice do I have?

Know what you are getting into and do your research.

Attended automation is okay. We had some challenges around testing.

It improved on 40+ % of manual effort which was a pain point for project budget and Project team SMEs.

We primarily deal with a SAP business model. We use Automation Anywhere for logging into websites, entering data, moving information around, and sending emails to end users.

We are currently using a cloud deployment model.

The object cloning strategy feature is the most valuable feature.

What needs improvement?

I would like the product to have more capabilities going forward.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We are not getting consistent behavior from the tool We would like to see this improved and the product more stable.

I would rate the technical support as an eight out of ten.

The initial setup is very straightforward. It did not take more than a few minutes.

I would definitely recommend Automation Anywhere.

What is our primary use case?

Our primary use case is for automated digital invoice signature validation. The bot is designed to create a successful or rejection incident in ServiceNow based on validation output, and then uploads the email attachments received in Outlook for that particular invoice to respective SFTP folders.

How has it helped my organization?

Validating 1000 invoices manually takes weeks of time using five FTEs. By implementing the Automation Anywhere robot, we have reduced the FTE count and it was able to process 800 invoices per day with 100% accuracy. The increased efficiency totally justifies the name Automation, as with a single click, it does five FTE work in a single day.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features are the Secure Credential Vault, Email automation, and the REST API. These commands have reduced the number of lines of code.

The script/task command has helped with modularization.

What needs improvement?

The REST API could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Automation Anywhere for 15 months.
