We are using this solution for running personal applications.

Most of our users have it installed on their laptops and desktops.

It is easy to install and has good information.

The interface could be more user-friendly.

I have been using Windows 10 for three years.

We are using the latest version.

The technical support is good.

Previously, I used Windows 7.

It's easy to install.

It can be deployed in 20 or 30 minutes.

I completed the installation myself.

I would recommend this solution to others.

I would rate Windows 10 a ten out of ten.

I use this solution mostly for running my personal applications.

Since I purchased this solution, the upgrades have stopped. They need to do something better when it comes to the upgrades.

They need better upgrading. It is not updating for me at all.

The stability is good. I have no issues with the stability of this solution.

It was easy to install, it only took a couple of minutes.

A normal person could maintain this solution.

I primarily use the solution for my personal needs. I use it for browsing the internet and things like that. It's fairly basic usage.

I'm generally using the solution as it is the latest option from Microsoft and I prefer the most up-to-date products with the latest features. 

The updates are good and not particularly invasive.

The interface is easy to use. Overall, it's quite good and easy to navigate.

The initial setup is not difficult. It's pretty straightforward.

I have found the solution to be quite stable.

Technical support has always been helpful.

There is nothing particularly unique or special about the solution.

For security reasons, they should continue to update certain aspects. It would make the solution safer in the long run.

The stability could always be strengthened.

I would prefer it if the solution was cheaper.

I've used the solution from the beginning - since it launched. It's been many years. 

I've never faced any issues with stability. For my usage, I have found it to be very reliable. there are no bugs or glitches. it doesn't crash or freeze.

That said, stability could always be a bit better.

I only use the solution on my PC. I have not attempted to scale the product. I wouldn't be able to really determine how scalable it is.

I have no plans to increase usage.

While I haven't contacted technical support for myself, I have for my business, and I have found Microsoft support to be helpful and responsive. I'm satisfied with the level of support I have gotten.

The initial setup is very straightforward. It's not overly complex or difficult. 

The solution is a bit expensive, and it would always be preferable if it didn't cost as much as it does. 

I'm just a Windows 10 user. I use it on my own personal PC as well as at work.

We've likely been using the solution for more than ten years at this point. It's been over a decade and we've used it for quite a long time. We started using it around the time it was launched. 

The solution has been stable over the years. It doesn't crash or freeze and there are no bugs or glitches. The performance is pretty good. 

While I cannot speak to how scalable the solution is, I would say that it is scalable enough for our purposes. 

We have about 1,000 people using the solution currently.

We've never had any issues with technical support. They have always been knowledgeable and ready to assist. It's very easy to browse forums and find answers to your questions. We're quite satisfied with the availability of assistance. 

Previous to this solution, we used Windows 7. We simply moved to Windows 10 in order to upgrade our Windows. 

The solution is very straightforward and simple in terms of having to do an initial setup. It's not too difficult. 

It only takes about an hour to deploy the solution. It's fast and easy.

I'd rate the solution at a ten out of ten. It works very well for our organization. 

I would recommend the product to other users and organizations. 

I am using the latest version.

I use it on my personal computer for such things as emails and Youtube. What with the current pandemic, my kids use it for homeschooling. 

Although the solution has been pretty nice to use, I have encountered certain bugs in the updates. Other than that, things have been pretty good, although I do prefer Mac over Windows nowadays, having a couple years' experience with it in the past. I feel it to be a better operating system when compared with Windows.

While I consider Windows to be one of the most user-friendly operating systems and a market leader, the bugs which have plagued it's updates all along are problematic. This is why I choose to deduct a point from its rating. 

An example of a bug I encountered one or two months back involved the malfunctioning of certain keys on the laptop. When I removed the update, things reverted to normal. This can be a problem when one of the keys is part of your password. It necessitates use of the virtual keyboard, which is open to others. These are issues Microsoft should be addressing and should resolve prior to releasing the patch. 

QA needs to be improved. 

I've been using Windows 10 for the last two to three years.

While the solution has been good, overall, the bugs I have come across have been an issue.

I have never had occasion to contact technical support. As a technician, myself, I've managed to fix things on my own.

The installation has been pretty straightforward. I think that they have been doing a great job for a long time now when it comes to installation and user experience.

A single installation takes no more than 25 minutes. 

One can handle the installation on his own. 

Every time I've bought Windows, it came bundled with the laptop, so we are talking about a perpetual license. I'm not sure how this would operate in the retail market.

I would, definitely, recommend this solution to others.

I have used Windows 10 for approximately three years.

We are using Defender for security protection, which is part of Windows 10. We have been receiving a lot of spam mail, but when we speak to Microsoft, they claim the email is from a genuine website. However, inside that mail, there is a link, and when we click the link, it is spam. They need to improve their customer support when dealing with these types of issues.

We have two clients that are experiencing the same issue. It has been almost three months since we are have been discussing this problem with Microsoft and they have not provided a solution.

I am using Windows 10 for running applications, such as ERP and cloud solutions.

The solution is easy to use, user-friendly, and has a good graphical interface.

The solution could improve by limiting the number of updates they have because while the update is happening there is a reduction in system performance. When attempting to work it is non-productive.

I have been using Windows 10 since it was first launched.

We had some issues with Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro. Windows 10 was not able to find the wireless hardware. We were in contact with the support regarding this issue and they have sent out a new product.

There is a license required for the use of this solution and the cost is in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 rupees.

I would recommend this solution to others.

Windows 10 is a scalable solution. We currently have about 200 users.

The initial setup and deployment is very easy. 

We have a team of five with two technicians, two engineers, and one IT manager.

We have a license for all the products in my organization—the license for Windows Server and the license for the desktop version like Windows 10.

I would recommend this operating system to new users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Windows 10 a nine.
