Windows 10 is scalable, and it's enough to use for businesses. We have over 1000 users at the moment.

The initial setup was straightforward, and it was easy to install Windows 10.

I would tell potential users that Windows 10 is more stable and they should use it.

I've been using the solution for years at this point. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability has been good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable and the performance is good.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability is good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so. It's not a problem.

There are 500 users in the company that also use the solution. 

How are customer service and technical support?

As I am not part of the technical team, I have never reached dout to technical support We have our own internal IT team. They may speak to them, however, I cannot say for sure if that is the case. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is not overly difficult or complex. It's very straightforward and simple.

That said, I was not directly involved in the installation process. 

I cannot recall exactly how long the deployment took.

We have a team of ten that handle deployment and maintenance.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I do not consider the solution to offer good value for money, at least where the performance is concerned. 

It's a pre-paid solution.

What other advice do I have?

I'm a customer and an end-user.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. I've been pretty happy with its capabilities. 

I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations.

The features that I have found most valuable are that it is user-friendly.

In terms of what could be improved, it could have more integration and a better pricing plan. Additionally, it could be more secure and have more dashboards.

I have been using Windows 10 for about 9 years or so.

It is definitely stable, has good navigation, is easy to use, and has an intuitive design.

We have found the solution to be quite easy to use. It's user-friendly and simple to navigate around. 

The product is very scalable.

I've been using the solution for a couple of years at this point. It's been a while.

The stability of the product is excellent. The performance is great. There are no bugs or glitches and  don't recall it ever crashing or freezing.

We have found the solution to be scalable. IF a company needs to expand it, it can do so. It's not a problem at all. 

In my organization, there are about 350 users that use the product.

How are customer service and technical support?

We've contacted technical support in the past and they were good. They are helpful and responsive. I was satisfied with the level of service on offer.

We did not previously use a different operating system. We have always used Microsoft.

How was the initial setup?

I did not personally handle the initial setup and therefore cannot speak to how straightforward or difficult the process was, or how long it took.

I'm not sure how many technical team members are needed to handle deployment and maintenance tasks.

Our IT team handled the installation process for us.

We do pay a yearly licensing fee. I cannot speak to the exact terms or costs, however.

I employ the solution for normal use, such as the running of personal applications and internet Office.

While we have patches on a monthly basis, the solution could be more secure. Overall, the solution is good for me.

I have been using Windows 10 for a couple of years.

The solution is stable.

The solution is definitely scalable.

We have support but do not have experience with them.

It was never a question of us using Windows, as we have always done so. We do not wish to use Linux and do not use Citrix for our users, but only for disaster recovery. 

What about the implementation team?

Installation does not pose an issue for us, as we employ a CCM and make use of the master. 

We can do this on our own with the assistance of a consultant. 

We need fewer than 10 people for the deployment and maintenance, consisting of several engineers. 

What other advice do I have?

The solution is good for me. 

There are around 600 or 650 people making use of the solution in my organization. 

I would recommend the solution to others. 

I rate Windows 10 as an eight out of ten.
