We use Windows 10 for business purposes such as providing email access.

I utilize the solution for very basic needs. I don't use many features, just those for topping up the operating system and Office product applications.

The solution could be faster and demonstrate better performance. It is a bit on the slow side.

The solution is stable in respect to the majority of its security features.

The solution is scalable and we plan to continue to utilize it and to increase its usage. 

I cannot comment on the technical support. 

I did not handle the installation.

I believe the licensing is on an annual subscription basis.

I recommend the solution to others who are contemplating its use.

I rate Windows 10 as an eight out of ten.

I use this solution for general email processing, communication, and collaboration tools like Teams, etc. I am an IT consultant — we all use Windows 10, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

Just the general ability to run programs has been nice. There isn't anything in particular that jumps out. 

The latest laptop I've got can turn into a tablet. Windows automatically changes to a tablet view — that's been a pretty good feature.

As the security patches are pushed out by our IT, I don't even notice when there's a new upgrade required. With the previous versions, you always had to restart your machine quite often in order to perform an upgrade. I don't really notice that so much now.

As far as improvement is concerned, nothing particularly comes to mind. It generally works quite well.

I have been using Windows 10 since it was released. 

Stability-wise, it's okay. Sometimes my laptop slows down when I have a lot of applications open, but this could be a laptop issue rather than a Windows 10 issue. 

I have never had to contact technical support. 

Windows 10 was already incorporated into my computer when I bought it. All I had to do was enter my work email address and then it automatically did the rest. 

The initial configuration probably takes less than an hour. In the background, it continues to pull more and more data and information through. 

Other than any patches that are required, I don't believe there is any maintenance required — not that I'm aware of.

I would recommend Windows 10 to others. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give Windows 10 a rating of ten. 

As a manager, I use Windows 10 daily. We also use Windows Excel and PowerPoint. We mainly use Windows 10 for email-related needs. We also use Microsoft Windows code to do some technical programming.

Within our organization, there are roughly six to seven thousand employees using Windows 10. 

We will definitely continue to use Windows 10.

Windows 10 has a convenient user interface. Windows has been around for a long time so we're well aware of the features it offers and how to use them properly. From this perspective, it's convenient for me.

The overall performance could be improved — it loads slowly at times. 

I have been using Windows 10 for seven to eight years.

I would recommend Windows 10 to others. We use Windows 10 because we were mandated to by our organization. Whether they are capable or not, it doesn't really matter. You'll have to use it because it has been mandated by your organization.

I use this solution for general purposes on my personal laptop. I have installed some applications on it and everything works. I am familiar with it.

I like the changes made to the user interface compared to the previous version of Windows such as Windows eight and Windows nine.
