A comprehensive solution for protection and VPN but shows many ads

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for the provider's protection and the VPN. I use it to update programs and cloud storage.

What is most valuable?

Norton 360 is a comprehensive solution that performs well.

What needs improvement?

Norton 360 should stop the ads. We’re tired of the subscription pop-ups. Every time you run a scan and it says to subscribe, it will cost you a bit extra. The client backup could be more easy.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Norton 360 for a few years. We are using the latest version of the solution.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support could be improved.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is easy. You just log in and then put in the code. It probably takes about five minutes to complete.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The product comes with a yearly subscription. It is neither cheap nor too expensive.
