I have my own IT company and we are looking all the time for new software and new systems to support our customers, including enterprise desktops and laptops.

I have experience with Dell Business Laptops since I have one here, while the other computer in my company is all Lenovo.

I have a few customers who are using Dell Business Laptops for quite some years, and I have been using Lenovo for over 10 years.

The overall material quality is perfect, both for Dell Business Laptops and Lenovo.

I see advantages in Dell Business Laptops; it is a good notebook and I am using software on it which has to be online always, and it has been running here for some months already without any problem and without shutting down.

What I am looking for is a computer which is able to run local AI—not an AI which is connected to the internet, but which is installed on a computer. It can be an all-in-one; it does not need to be a notebook. However, until now, I have not found something which makes me really interested. I have some projects coming up where I need a computer with local AI installed.

It is very difficult to answer which advantages Lenovo has over Dell Business Laptops; it may be that the brand is not advertised so well on the market. Most of my customers come with questions about Acer, ASUS, and these normal commercial brand notebooks, and they then say, why not choose a brand which has business notebooks, for example Lenovo ThinkPad that is a business computer, and they have the Yoga, which is commercial for private use. From what I see from the quality, if you take one ThinkPad in hand and one of these Yoga models, the quality is totally different, and if I am not wrong, one of the problems is that Dell Business Laptops may be a little bit heavy.

I cannot tell you about AI enhanced performance features such as noise cancellation and high-quality webcam since this model does not have any AI features installed, and I do not need it for that. It is already a few years old and I am not sure if it would support everything.

I think from the quality of Dell Business Laptops, there is no need for any improvement; perhaps if anything, it would be from the weight of the notebooks. I can understand that you make notebooks which can last very long and are not so easy to break, but they are heavy—heavier than other ones from other brands.

I got my first computer 51 years ago. I am here in Thailand for 36 years, and in all that time, I have been working only in IT. From my former company that I started in 2000, you can say I have been in a CEO position since 2000.

Both Dell Business Laptops and Lenovo were never in any trouble that I need service on or support; I myself got my first computer 55 years ago.

When I buy a new computer or a new notebook, I check the prices and specifications, and then I make the decision to buy the one from which I get more out of it. Last time, I got a special price on Lenovo, so I took the Lenovo. However, what I will never buy is HP; there is a very long waiting time if you bring your computer to service, and they fix it or not, you have to pay an opening charge which others do not make. I cannot wait for example three weeks to get told what is broken. If I bring my notebook to Dell, they check it and tell me what has happened and they repair it if I want. If I do this with Lenovo, it is exactly the same, and my notebook here has also three years onsite service warranty. So if I call them, they come to me.

I see what I have used and what we are using on this one; your support system is as good. For the newer ones, I am not sure about AI features. My review rating for this product is 9.

Main use cases for Dell Enterprise Laptops are for business, animal welfare, data entry, research, and IT.

The specs of Dell Enterprise Laptops, the stability, and the build quality are what I appreciate the most.

Because they are so stable, Dell Enterprise Laptops benefit my company as we can utilize them without worry. There is minimal support needed for them. We can basically do anything from office work to using high-level programs to running medical systems and using the local cloud. There is no lack of resources with the machines.

The Intel processor handles my workloads very well compared to what I expected. We use the i5 model and that really supports most of our needs for everything. We do use an i7 for some of our more programming aspects. The i5 model with vPro is perfect for our environment and its scalability goes across multiple fields of our organization.

One big benefit that I would attribute to the Intel processor in Dell Enterprise Laptops is the stability of the battery with the newer laptops, the Pro Plus. We are in the field a lot and we transport a lot. Using proper energy management for us to run our batteries is key. With the newer models, they have been staying on longer and giving us more high power for a longer time running off batteries.

The only improvement I would suggest for Dell Enterprise Laptops is to make a model that competes with the LG Gram. Some of our user base wants really light machines because they are traveling extensively. The lighter the better. Everything else has been really perfect for the most part.

I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops for about 24 years.

Customer service for Dell Enterprise Laptops is great. Whenever we have put in a tech support call for one of the laptops, we have the full warranty, so they are very responsive. They know that we are techs, so when we give them the full answer, they know how to respond to us perfectly. From the client side, from ordering and purchasing, you can look up my reps throughout my history at the ASPCA. I have always received the best customer service from them. They take a vested interest in the organization they are helping and do the best they can on their end to help us. That is a big thing in not-for-profits.

The experience with deployment of Dell Enterprise Laptops is straightforward. We use autopilot and everything so it is very smooth to use. Once we do the initial setup on the account side, we just get it, turn it on, and let it go.

The biggest return on investment when using Dell Enterprise Laptops for me is basically having our staff be able to do their jobs without worrying about the technology that they are using. They can focus on their mission and their purpose in our organization, knowing that they have a stable technological environment.

Our experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been very positive. I really give credit to Dell as an organization because we have had amazing representation working with us. The pricing has really been beneficial to a not-for-profit.

The only other solution I considered before choosing Dell Enterprise Laptops would probably be Apple on the creative side. Otherwise it has always been Dell.

My advice considering Dell Enterprise Laptops is to always reach out and talk and ask every single question you can. In customer service, there are no dumb questions and no bad questions. Really utilize Dell resources to get the answers and do not just use them passively by going to a website and buying laptops. Definitely reach out to them. Even if you cannot afford or do not need the higher end solutions, they are really good at pointing you in the right direction. They will say something like, 'This is the end use you should go into.' So definitely talk and do not just see them as a company to buy things from. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.

Dell Enterprise Laptops are used primarily for our 15,000 employees. We have three types of laptops: tablets, a small laptop, and a large one with substantial memory and CPU capacity due to AI applications.

Our AI use cases include Copilot for GitHub and Copilot for all employees using M365.

Dell Enterprise Laptops are fast, which I personally appreciate. We previously used another brand at the company, but we switched. The battery life could be longer at times, but overall it is a nice laptop.

The primary driver for switching from other laptops to Dell Enterprise Laptops was service and sustainability.

The Intel processor influences my purchase or refresh decisions primarily based on price, and we simply compare options.

I would have preferred a lighter Dell Enterprise Laptops model, as it is somewhat thicker than our former one.

I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops for one year now.

So far, the stability and reliability of Dell Enterprise Laptops is good, but we will need to wait for more years to fully assess this.

If I would rate Dell support on a scale of one to ten, I would give them an eight and a half.

They made a few mistakes during the first process, but they are quick, so eight and a half is a strong rating, and I will monitor whether they can sustain the same support in the future.

The primary driver for switching from other laptops to Dell Enterprise Laptops was service and sustainability.

We prefer to use laptops for around five years, so what we need is support for five years and not for three, which was the main reason for the switch.

I have seen a return on my investment so far from Dell Enterprise Laptops.

They are working well with no incidents and fewer incidents overall. We will need to see if this continues, as the laptops are just one year old. I cannot compare them with the former supplier, which was delivering for around eight years already, so I cannot say how it will perform over time. I hope the quality remains consistent during the next four years.

There is no licensing involved, as we handle that ourselves, so it is just the laptop cost, and the pricing was good. There was no problem at all.

I evaluated other vendors before selecting Dell Enterprise Laptops.

I selected Dell Enterprise Laptops because of the support, our account manager, and their approach. They were professional and not pushy, which I appreciate. The pricing was also competitive and stood out in my evaluation process.

I considered HP as another vendor.

Dell Enterprise Laptops currently feature the seventh generation of Intel processors.

I do not receive complaints about how well the Intel processor handles workloads. As a manager, my workload is not particularly heavy, but for other employees, it may be more demanding, and I do not receive any complaints.

I do not attribute any specific outcomes or improvements to the Intel processor in Dell Enterprise Laptops.

I have not evaluated other laptops with AMD or other competitors due to time constraints. Reviewing numerous suppliers would be impractical. We started with Dell Enterprise Laptops because of their tablets, which have the special capability of having cameras on both sides, and that was what we needed. We were very happy with the support, so we switched our main supplier for laptops to Dell Enterprise Laptops. I personally use Dell Enterprise Laptops at home as well. That is not the main reason for my decision, but it does help. My overall rating for this review is nine out of ten.

My main use for the laptop is my daily work, such as emails and configurations I need to do from my laptop, including Azure developments and various other tasks.

What I appreciate most about Dell Enterprise Laptops is that they are simple, effective, and durable. I have had my laptop for almost four years now, and I have not needed to change it. That is why I value Dell Enterprise Laptops for their reliability, durability, and everything that comes with them.The reason I choose to continue with Dell Enterprise Laptops is primarily about the durability and reliability of the laptop, and the service, of course.The best I can say about their service is that they are responsive. The service behind it, such as hardware replacements or hands-on help with the laptops when the disk or screen has cracked or other issues arise, is available to replace the parts as needed.

I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops all the time, and we are switching from model to model, so we are growing as the model grows as well.

I did not experience any issues with the battery. The screen is fine; it is Full HD, which is more than enough.

Whenever we needed a replacement of a disk because of disk failure or other issues, the second day pick-up return is really impressive. Hardware can damage or fail; it is still electronics, and you cannot say it is 100% reliable, but 95% is acceptable. As long as it stays that way, I will remain with Dell Enterprise Laptops.

I did look at other vendors such as HP and Lenovo, but in terms of hardware only, Dell Enterprise Laptops is also just hardware. If you compare all of those, it is the same thing; there is no difference in hardware. It is all Intel, it is all the disk, the memory, the motherboard; it is all the same device, actually. It is only the service that makes it exceptional. I did not expect HP to have the same service as Dell Enterprise Laptops. What we noticed during our time investigation is that Dell Enterprise Laptops has service worldwide. Whatever this laptop goes to the US or to France and breaks in that location, Dell Enterprise Laptops is there to help us out and to replace the parts that are needed.

From Dell Enterprise Laptops, I can say that I appreciate the lightweight laptops. For example, I really appreciate the 7000 series since it is portable, lightweight, functional, and has all the tools that are needed. I have always used the Latitude series, which are the professional ones. I would rate this product a nine overall.

Make device lighter if possible. The recent Dell laptop model naming has also been very confusing.

We have worked with customer support and technical support for Dell Business Laptops. My experience with the support is very good. When we have repairs or anything else, they are very prompt and replace them without much questioning or concerns.

My usual use case is that I buy Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for the good price and good quality.

The most valuable feature of having Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is the quality, as they don't break too much and they have excellent service. Regarding benefits to my organization by having Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops specifically, the employees don't mind if it's Lenovo, Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, or HP; we decide what's the best.

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops are robust as they do a good job. They break less compared to others, even if the employee does anything with them and sometimes drops them on the floor; they are really robust.

The advantages of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops are that they don't break as much and they're more robust compared to others.

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved by considering that the price matters more these days. I understand that laptops are not for a long time, maybe three years, due to the constant changes in CPUs and other features. Most of it is the price, as we know after three years we have to do something with them, either sell them or give them to employees' families as presents.

I have contacted Dell tech support before for these laptops. My experience with Dell tech support is that most of the service is through the company we buy from; we don't buy directly from Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops. 

However, from time to time, we have questions that the representative doesn't know how to solve, and we have to contact Dell or Dell Europe. I don't remember where it was. It wasn't in Israel, and we got good service. 

I would rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops service overall as very nice and excellent.

I have used Lenovo as a competing brand. I would compare the two by saying that Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is better.

The models I use specifically depend on the job of the employee; for managers, they should be nice to carry and lightweight. Most of the employees that also have to work from home and don't walk about prefer the larger monitors, 15 inch or 14 inch. 

Currently, I have a Lenovo model. 

My advice for somebody considering Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is to check them out and see for themselves.
