We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"For the most part, the solution is straightforward.""Oracle CRM's best feature is its ability to customize as per specific organization's requirements.""The most valuable features of the solution I like are its stability and customization.""Case management, incident management, and request management features are valuable.""Oracle CRM is very, very stable, one of the most stable products I've used in my career, and doesn't require much maintenance.""It is difficult to highlight the most valuable features because the system as a whole works very well for our loyal program. It is a very good system and I believe that they are the oldest loyalty system on the market. The service is very good, with many customizable options, and has a strong database to help us build our rules and point systems for the loyal program.""It is very simple.""The solution is smooth, easy to use, easy to customize and it has many features. Plus, there are regular updates."

"There's a lot of stability in QuickBase...I really appreciate the processing part of QuickBase, especially considering how we're able to get information in real time instead of having to wait.""The reporting tool: It helps in data analytics to provide the solution more efficiency.""This solution has provided for Rapid deployment of data collection tools, replacing spreadsheets with near real-time data.""Considering factors like functionality and price, the product proves to be worth the investment.""Creating applications in Quickbase will take, literally, a fraction of the time it would take to create them in other database applications (which shall remain unnamed).""I run my own business and the solution allows me to invoice and pay for additional resources. It has helped me in terms of invoicing, quoting, and doing recruitment measures.""It is low-code. We are able to go in and create apps quickly. It is very helpful for the size of our company. We're a mid-size company, and at this moment, we don't need anything externally. We don't have to go out and consult a consulting firm to build something from the ground up. So, the ease of that and being able to get development quickly up and running has been good for us.""The need for little to no code knowledge has been huge."

Cons
"With Oracle CRM, people report some usual downtime and frequent outages.""An improvement would be to lower the price of the license.""The user interface and performance could be better.""I would like to remove all manual work and get the benefits of the function that Oracle provides without any manual interference or paperwork.""I'd like to see more feature enhancements.""The product is complicated to use for new users.""The interface could be more user friendly. It is currently not intuitive, and it can be better. The onboarding process for the end users of this solution could be easier, and there should be a few more things for user knowledge and training. It takes a lot of technical knowledge to get used to it.""The initial setup is complex, it could be improved to be more simplified."

More Oracle CRM Cons →

"The dashboard is not organized.""It would be beneficial for the QuickBase team to focus on improving the integration of cloud-based storage platforms within their product. In use cases like ours, where QuickBase serves as a centralized source of truth for construction projects, having seamless integration with platforms like Dropbox or OneDrive would greatly enhance the product's capabilities."". For example, we need a third-party to create and save a document in PDF, MS Word, or MS Excel format. The document saving capability is probably the feature that we most often have to procure from an outside provider.""They could enhance the ability to link records between tables directly without the need for additional automation to increase space and time.""Third-party integration -- they are working on it and I find their brand-new still-in-beta Webhooks very promising.""Whenever we do onboarding, or we get new employees, there tends to be a delay of not just a week but a couple of weeks, and sometimes even a few weeks of being able to see certain new employees in the system.""The improved developer interface in some areas can be difficult to use for complex items.""Its UI needs improvement. They should improve it and make it a little bit more modern. We should also be able to have more real-time information that connects with other software platforms. It has an open API, but it doesn't always connect with some of the other platforms that we would like to utilize. These are probably two of the biggest things for us, and hopefully, they will keep ensuring that in the future, they continually build QuickBase to be a little bit more efficient in that regard."
