Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"One of the best features is Windows Autopilot because if you change any of your devices, whatever security policies and compliance policies that applied can be easily migrated to the new devices. Windows Autopilot gives you that flexibility.""The stability is good.""The solution is easy to use, simple to understand for those new to using it, and combined with the other Microsoft products it makes for an overall good package.""As the solution is a software as a service, the scalability is unlimited.""The synchronization of Intune with other Microsoft solutions is a valuable feature.""We have a BYOD policy, and this solution helps us manage our devices.""There has been a noticeable increase in productivity for both my organization and clients.""For the price, the features included with Microsoft are appealing."

"ShareFile, in particular, is valuable with its ease of sharing, and the best category security that is in the hands of users.""The MAM applications of the product are great.""The product is capable of acting in many different ways to help secure architecture.""One key feature is secure application delivery, which enables the secure delivery of mobile and web applications to end-user devices. This ensures data protection and compliance with corporate policies.""A valuable feature of Citrix Endpoint Management is that it's stable. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud.""We have seen improvements in compliance management on the devices."

"Comparing other solutions with Temenos Quantum, the later is less mature and presents several issues. Implementing Temenos Quantum has been challenging, resembling a nightmare compared to the smoother experience with the other.""The most valuable features of Temenos Quantum are user-friendliness and customizability.""The best thing about Temenos Quantum is how it smoothly connects with Temenos Fabric. This simplifies our quantum application by handling identity, authentication, and security tasks seamlessly, saving us from extra coding.""It is an important solution for reducing the development efforts by developing a mobile application efficiently, in a shorter period of time, across multiple platforms, such as Android and iOS.""The most valuable feature is usability. You can develop components inside it and reuse them in different parts of your application, wherever needed. You can replicate them. There's also a Quantum Fabric on the back end, which provides a middle layer between your database and the third-party systems you need to integrate. It also provides the integration to handle all sorts of exceptions and timeouts on the Fabric. This makes it easy to troubleshoot errors coming from third-party APIs.""Its greatest advantage lies in its exceptional security and robustness.""The main benefit lies in its exceptional speed of implementation.""It is a single platform that can cater to mobile and web development requirements, making it convenient for businesses looking to transition into the digital space."

Cons
"Some enrollment features could be improved.""I wanted to check if there is any provision at the Intune level to restrict certain things, such as a website, but unfortunately, that feature is available only in Microsoft Defender. Intune has web filtering capabilities, but they are only useful for protection from malicious websites, whereas we would like to be able to restrict a website. For example, YouTube is a clean website. No one would identify it as a malicious website, but if we want to stop the end-users from going to that website, we have to go for another product, such as Microsoft Defender or another third-party proxy solution. It would be great if this capability is included in Intune.""There can be delays in the deployment of new policies.""There are some issues using the solution with macOS and iOS, and it offers limited granular control with them. Intune works better on Windows and Android.""Integration with Mac devices requires some improvement.""No option to do end-to-en macOS management. Slow implementation of policies.""The solution could improve by having better integration with Apple.""Microsoft Intune has a latency response time issue. The latency has room for improvement."

More Microsoft Intune Cons →

"Citrix often depends on other services like backend data centers, network security, and application firewalls. Issues in these areas can be misinterpreted as Citrix issues by users.""Requires integrating with ABM before enabling some of the features.""The tool’s battery usage was high.""Support for inventory management of Apple devices should be added.""Citrix needs to improve the architecture. They also need to strengthen the application integration. They keep referring to some things to be required as security, and they keep selling the next level and on-premise separately. They should give the customer the opportunity to decide whether they want to use the next level on-premise or on-cloud, but they should not charge additional fees if the customer wants to deploy the next level on-premise because the customer is already being charged as the end user. They should allow next level on-premise optimization without any additional charges."

More Citrix Endpoint Management Cons →

"The UI lacks flexibility, especially regarding customizations. There are numerous issues at the fabric end, and working with the visualizer is extremely challenging. Basic development tasks require a high-end machine, and even clicking on an icon initiates a thirty-second processing time. The challenges mainly revolve around fabric and content.""Temenos Quantum is not quite stable yet.""They need to improve their tech support's abilities. They do have a good tech support, but it still requires improvement.""The technology of the solution needs an update. It is deficient in terms of connectivity.""When developing our application, we also encountered certain issues related to delays and time-consuming builds.""There is definitely room for improvement, especially in the areas of AI, AR, and DR for mobile and web applications""One area where Temenos Quantum could improve is in the flexibility of widgets and additional libraries.""We would like to have widgets for graphs and analytics, as well as the integration of machine learning."

    Reviews from Real Users

Microsoft Intune stands out among its competitors for a number of reasons. Two major ones are its ability to secure all devices under its management and the flexibility that the solution offers its users.

A computing services manager notes, "Its security is most valuable. It gives us a way to secure devices, not only those that are steady. We do have a few tablets and other devices, and it is a way for us to secure these devices and manage them. We know they're out there and what's their status. We can manage their life cycle and verify that they're updated properly."

The head of IT engineering at a financial services company writes, "The one feature we find most useful is the Mobile Application Manager. There are two types: we have the complete MDM and the Mobile Application Manager (MAM). We don't give our users phones, it is their own personal phone, and we need to allow them to have access to the company details on their phone. We need to create a balance between their own personal data and the company data. We deploy the Mobile Application Manager for them so that we won't be able to interfere with their own personal data."

XenMobile is a comprehensive solution to manage mobile apps, data and devices, available both on-premises and in the cloud. Users have single-click access to all of their apps from a unified corporate app store and IT can easily configure, secure and support mobile devices. With XenMobile technology, IT can meet their compliance and control needs while giving users the freedom to experience work and life their way.

Temenos Quantum is a Multiexperience Development Platform (MXDP) that combines ease-of-use and speed of low-code productivity with deep enterprise capabilities for both consumer grade digital experiences across multiple touchpoints and robust backend services for identity, integration, orchestration, business process automation, and business rules management.
