User-friendly with good management features
Pros and Cons
  • "The user interface is very friendly."
  • "I would like to see more customization available to the administrator."

What is most valuable?

I like the management features and the user interface is very friendly.

What needs improvement?

It is not clear what features have been added or enhanced since the last version. My customer used a previous version and it did not meet their expectations, so clarification with respect to the new version is needed on their website or other venues.

I would like to see more customization available to the administrator. You need to change the workflow of the end result.

For how long have I used the solution?

Trial/evaluation for approximately one week.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I did not load the application heavily, but it was stable.

I only tested this solution with a single user. I think that it is scalable, as long as you increase the resources as you move to a larger scale.

How are customer service and support?

I have not been in touch with technical support yet.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is very simple.

What about the implementation team?

What other advice do I have?

I would advise someone considering this solution to use Microsoft because it is very user-friendly, it can run on small levels of applications, can be calibrated to the application, it can be scaled to a larger scale, from small scale to larger scale. It's very stable, you just need to increase the receptors if you need to scale to a larger scale.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

Integrations with diverse tools offer key advantages for business needs
Pros and Cons
  • "Our customers use Microsoft Azure DevOps for their business needs when it comes to DevSecOps and scalability."

What is our primary use case?

We are a service provider. We work with our customers to enable them with these services. We have a lot of customers that we work with.

    What is most valuable?

Our customers use Microsoft Azure DevOps for their business needs when it comes to DevSecOps and scalability. Perhaps the integrations with many other diverse tools that they work with are key advantages. No organization would use just one vendor, and the goal is about what works well, is scalable, performs well, and offers a reasonable total cost of ownership.

    What needs improvement?

It's difficult to say because today, you have so many products available in the ecosystem. If there is a gap, partners like us play a role by potentially recommending other tools within the ecosystem and helping customers integrate them, which works well. Instead of customers having to try many options themselves, they benefit from practitioner recommendations.

For how long have I used the solution?

    About 10 years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Everything works ninety-nine percent well. There may be instances here and there, but this happens globally and it's not unique to our customers.

How are customer service and support?

We have professionals on our platform, and many times, Microsoft refers us to their customers because we perform well. I don't frequently engage with their direct support.

How would you rate customer service and support?

    Neutral

    How was the initial setup?

It depends on the process needed for the customer. The complexity varies between mid-size and enterprise customers due to different requirements and diversity. Most products cater to about eighty percent of common features, and decisions depend on specific customer needs.

    What was our ROI?

There are many metrics, but I can't detail them as they depend on individual customers.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

There are many, including AWS, GitHub, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. They all compete in the same segment.

What other advice do I have?

I take an independent position and do not favor any tool. It depends on the customer's specific use case and needs. For our customers thinking about AI, we have implemented Copilot for several and are exploring AI opportunities. I've never needed direct support as we are often referred by Microsoft. I rate the overall solution an 8 out of 10.

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
