What is most valuable?

Most interesting features are like geo-redundancy, support of important Microsoft application like Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint, Skype for business etc. It also integration with Azure make unique about this tool.

How has it helped my organization?

It help to provide efficiently and robust load balance of Exchange servers when one or more server/service failure occurs.

What needs improvement?

It needs to offer support for more business applications.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

What is our primary use case?

Kemp LoadMaster is used for the high resiliency of the application. The most beneficial function of using the ADC is to ensure this resiliency.

What needs improvement?

There is room for improvement in the stability of the solution.

For how long have I used the solution?

It's been using Kemp LoadMaster for only less than a year. It's only for basic ADC functions.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution. I would rate it an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of the solution is good. There are currently four to five customers using the solution.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward. It took us around two weeks to completely deploy the solution.

For the deployment process, We usually start with ForeSee to show them the value, and then the management evaluates and reviews the result of our POC after we present it to them. And after that, we end the process.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The price is cheaper than other options, so I don't have a problem with it.

What other advice do I have?

The user interface is good. The integration is also not an issue for the customers. The integration so far has been advanced for the customers, and I have no problems with it.

I recommend considering the pricing model because the solution has good performance and a competitive price. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.
