"I find the data lineage features most valuable.""The benefit from the tool is we can develop it quickly and easily use it for middleware services. We can publish the services so other applications can consume them. This is providing us some reusability and a type of security.""The processor management system is quite fast and scalable. We have 10 developers using this solution and it supports 25,000 users.""The solution provides extensive functionalities.""It is easy and cheap.""Our company is based around Oracle processes. It provides a lot of flexibility in its processes.""We have more than 800 distinct applications in our IT landscape. We had enough scalability and okay development cycles, and it has been enough to cover our backup operations and order management systems.""It has developmental accelerators, which allow for virtually any customization needs which you may require."

"The automation process is the most valuable feature.""WorkFusion helps by speeding up processes. The process takes time. It has business costs associated because there are people waiting to take the next steps in the process. The end result of waiting, whether it is an internal or external team, is that they are delayed. Therefore, it helps us in speeding up business processes and improving employee morale, as people don't have to do repetitive work anymore.""WorkFusion's RPA Express's ability to scale across multiple geographies with limited impact on additional IT Hardware requirements. This has enabled the scaling of Robotics capabilities and solutions across all our entities.""We have been very pleased with the speed and decisiveness of WorkFusion, which is able to quickly provide a disposition note or escalate to a human for additional review.""The most valuable features are the Excel activities. It has a number of Excel activities that are quite reliable.""The document processing engine is good. We're extracting around 70 data points from a given document, and we have an automated extraction rate of 80 percent for those fields.""The dashboard is the solution's most valuable feature. When clients want to look at the data it's very easy for them to do so. The dashboard for the IT manager is very useful if there are issues and to create and follow processes.""We can see that its competitive ability is quite good."

Cons
"Overall, the engine and the UI both have to be made lighter.""Their Case Management set of features is severely lacking and should be a target for immediate improvement dealing with unpredictable processes inside of organizations.""It could have easier administration. It takes time to configure and deploy.""Every time we roll out a new version of processes, we have to migrate to a new process. The process of this migration was not very smooth. We later decided that it would be easier for us to stop all processes, deploy a new version and then restart.""Pricing is an area that could use improvement.""Oracle BPM is hard to configure.""You have to maintain it manually.""Oracle BPM could probably be improved with respect to the cost. When you are using this product, it'll be a bit costlier for the ROA. I think they should do some discounts on these products, especially for the licenses."

More Oracle BPM Cons →

"Where it can be improved is the speed. I built two bots, one with WorkFusion and the same thing with Python. My feeling was that the speed at which Python did things, how fast it did them, was quite cool. It was faster.""I would like WorkFusion to improve the automation rate when evaluating unstructured text.""It is complex for enterprise implementation. The solution needs a needs minimum, of 20-22 servers. It's no small task. This is not a straightforward setup. It's a large undertaking and there are many moving parts.""Because the data is coming from offline, paper-based invoices and sometimes from Excel, data accuracy is the main challenge... Sometimes, WorkFusion has lacked the functionality for extracting the right information from the invoices and we have had to manually correct the format.""We had some issues in the past, but it is fairly stable now. From what I hear, it is more stable in the later versions. With version 10.1.4, there were some issues relating to load distribution. However, it is good now.""It should integrate with more ERP solutions like SAP. It doesn't currently have that ability.""We are having some database issues, but we are addressing them.""The product needs to be "simple and easy" to use. A good example of this is the use of Python code to perform automations. It is free and the skills transfer is able to happen quickly and the operation and initiation of the completed automation is easy to execute."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "As with all Oracle products, the licensing over VMware is an issue."
  • "The licensing model is good."
  • "It's pried high, this solution is expensive."
  • "The licensing for this product is very costly. We pay for a yearly license to use Oracle BPM."
  • "This solution is very expensive. You are charged per license and an additional 20% for support."
  • "I don't have information on the exact cost of Oracle BPM because a different team handles that, but it's pretty high. Oracle products are very costly. I would rate pricing for Oracle BPM three out of five. Though the pricing is high, the solution has a lot of features."
  • "Oracle is good, but they're still expensive compared to other vendors."
  • "The pricing is very expensive."

  • "Find it online."
  • "They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
  • "It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
