"I have found a lot of virtual meeting solutions seem the same. Some might work a little bit better, it is difficult to pinpoint a particular functionality that's widely different, they all have screen sharing and video in-voice.""The installation of Webex is simple. You only need to click an executable file to run it. it is very easy.""Doing presentations on the solution is very good. There isn't much they could do to improve this aspect. It's excellent.""The ability to join by phone is the most valuable feature. I also think that it's much simpler to use and it's a Cisco product so I think it's the industry standard.""I appreciate the developers of Webex because it's a wonderful tool. What I found most valuable in it is the seamless experience it offers, in terms of connecting with any person at any time remotely, without any glitches. This is the main advantage of Webex. I also like that the platform is user-friendly, so anyone using the tool for the first time won't find any difficulties when logging in or accessing it.""We can do the global meeting with this solution.""I like Webex because it is easy to work with.""The product's most valuable feature is its ability to integrate with multiple products."

Cons
"This solution needs better platform integration with third-parties such as Microsoft and Cisco."

More LifeSize Cons →

"Currently, I'm unable to find any loophole in Webex, but in terms of areas for improvement, it would be better if a user is informed about any new updates or new features added to the tool.""Although we utilize it for team collaboration, it's not very efficient. Most people don't bother turning on their video during meetings. We feel stuck in the past, relying on outdated technology.""I'd like to see a modernized user interface, something a bit more colorful.""The accessibility of the share screen option provided by the product is an area of concern where improvements are required.""It would be better if it were more secure. I do expect Webex to keep up with hackers and their latest techniques.""The solution can improve by adding a smaller version for small business usage or for personal use. The solution is geared towards larger companies and enterprises.""Webex could improve the calling feature. It would be helpful to be able to call outside the IP environment.""I think Webex could be improved by simplifying the process. For instance, they could make it easier to join meetings by providing a direct meeting link without requiring sign-ups or logins. While security is important, finding a balance with user-friendliness is key."
