We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"This product saves us a lot of time and increases our efficiency.""We use monitors to keep track of our machines. We use a pretty good portion of information from Automate.""ConnectWise Automate's interface is pretty easy to use. It's pretty intuitive to get around and navigate it. It does what I need, which is usually connecting to the client and customers systems.""It's definitely improved the help-desk servicing, et cetera.""It allows us to manage all client requests, jobs and invoicing.""It is very scalable.""A good automated scripts feature.""Remote access and detailed monitoring help us support our equipment."

"The features are pretty much ready out of the box.""The most valuable features are troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.""The solution is stable and reliable.""It is a good tool. It allows you to set alerts for application and infrastructure monitoring, and it allows you to create dashboards.""Splunk's dashboards are great.""The volume it handles is very good, including the number of metrics, the volume number of traces, and more.""Splunk APM has helped us to standardize logging and monitoring procedures.""The solution's service map feature allows us to have a holistic overview and to see quickly where the issues are."

Cons
"The wait time for a support ticket to be addressed needs to be reduced. They take a couple of days to get back. It is a little frustrating when we have to wait for a couple of days. A lot of times, the issue is critical for us. If we're reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, it is because we need it handled quickly.""The fixed client for Automate is slow. The web client is not very intuitive.""Scheduling of automation could be improved and made more simple.""I have a problem with the reports available on the solution. I don't understand how to work with the reporting functionality. For example, when I want to give a report for a specific machine, ConnectWise doesn't seem to have this as an option. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or if the reporting functionality is just poorly conceived.""We would love to get feature updates and cumulative updates fixed. I know they aren't really supposed to be pushed with Patch Manager. We've got recommendations from ConnectWise to use the scripted feature update installs, scripted KB updates, etc. Having these in Patch Manager itself would be great.""The menu doesn't always load properly.""The project management needs improvement and there's a section of the product called configuration that also needs to be improved.""In Patch Manager, there should be more reportability so that it is easier to see the updates that I have applied to a machine and when the next update will happen. A lot of times, it seems like all the information is kind of thrown all over the place, and you can't really see it all at the same time. There should be a simplified patch data view that allows us to quickly confirm that our various clients are getting patched as they should be."

"The cardinality is pretty low.""Splunk APM's performance could be improved - at the moment, it's very slow and takes forever to give me what I want.""The UI enhancements could be a way to improve the solution in the future.""We currently lack log analysis capabilities in Splunk APM.""The UI enhancements could be a way to improve the solution in the future.""The licensing model is expensive. We need to monitor the amount of data ingested because the cost is based on the data collected.""Primarily, the logs in Slunk APM can be challenging to navigate and comprehend, making it difficult to understand the details within each log. Compared to other tools like LogDNA, which are more intuitive in this aspect, the logs in Slunk APM can require more effort to understand.""I've been using the Splunk query language, and it can be a bit time-consuming to set up the queries I need."
