"ShareFile gives you all of the features of cloud providers, but in an on-premises solution.""The solution is scalable.""It's user-friendly for end users.""Easy to manage and fully secure.""Citrix has a very good file auditing features and security features.""The Enterprise Dropbox solution is highly integrated with Microsoft's Office 365 and Azure products.""This provides us with a secure way of sending tax returns without having to use passwords.""The solution would query the Active Directory, and if new accounts were identified, Citrix ShareFile would add them automatically."

More Citrix ShareFile Pros →

"The way the tool is designed and using the tool itself is quite transparent.""Dropbox is an easy-to-use solution that has good stability.""The solution is easy to use.""I can edit my files online, and I like the comments option.""Dropbox allows me to organize files well. I can name files in such a way as to lead students to the right destination.""The product's most valuable feature is storage.""The most valuable feature of this solution is its convenience, I can retrieve files online from various places. It has backup options in case something was to go wrong with my computer I can restore my files.""Dropbox offers helpful functionalities for business purposes, such as receiving file requests from external parties like customers who don't have an account. Additionally, it includes features, such as reminders and workflow capabilities."

Cons
"I would like to see workflow implementation, as well as a lite version for non-business users."

More BlackBerry Workspaces Cons →

"My only issue with this solution is the cost, which should be improved.""The configuration on the mobile devices is a little clunky, in terms of setting up the application.""DLP features are lacking and required because, especially with everyone working from home, security is now paramount when the data is on BYOD devices.""They should integrate the solution with more email services.""Everything they have should be integrated into one item.""The user interface is not very intuitive.""Some of our customers are facing issues if they've deployed in hybrid mode.""There are sometimes scalability issues after updates."

More Citrix ShareFile Cons →

"It could be more secure.""The problem with the storage is that you are only able to synchronize the information within the amount of storage that you have. It doesn't matter if you are accessing from a team member who has more storage, the limitations are with your storage.""Dropbox could make the installation and the log of what has changed in a file easier. Showing logs could be more accessible.""We are moving to Microsoft Teams. Instead of Dropbox, we will be using Microsoft Teams that has the advantage of saving the versions. It supports file versioning so that you can always go back to the previous version if you want to. If somebody has made a change in one of the files and you don't know what changes have been made, you can always go back to the previous version. This feature led us to migrate to Microsoft Teams. With Dropbox, there is no option for simultaneous work. This feature is there in Google Files. In Microsoft Teams, you can invite team members to collaborate. That is the reason why I prefer Microsoft Teams over Dropbox. It should also have more integration with other solutions.""I would like to be able to unarchive my files online.""Dropbox could improve by increasing its storage.""The mobile aspect of the solution needs improvement. For instance, if I want to use a file from Dropbox on my phone, I sometimes struggle to download images off of Dropbox. The solution lacks accessibility on different devices.""I would like to see integration with Office products, it would be very helpful."
