How has it helped my organization?
It allows us a low cost backup solution for hardware-based, VMware, and Hyper-V systems all from a single platform. Also, it provides us with cloud replication at a reasonable cost.
What needs improvement?
The web interface needs to contain a more up-to-date view of the hardware. It is slow in showing real time data. Barracuda says they are working on a completely new web interface to fix this.
For how long have I used the solution?
Five years.

You have to upgrade to a newer version if you want to expand. They do allow trade-ins, however.
How are customer service and support?
Better than a 10 out of 10. Their support is absolutely the best in the business.
How was the initial setup?
Moderate, but they will help you through every step of setting it up.
What other advice do I have?
Call them and let them do a live presentation for you. They will give you access to an online demo version to play with.
