The BA reporting tools, such as Data Services, and ETL tool in SAP Data Services are the most valuable. When we had in-memory requirements, we used HANA. HANA is most preferably for most the customers for in-memory. SAP is the first company that created the in-memory concept.

There are a lot of SAP applications and they have good integration with SAP packages.

In the next release, they should be more advanced cloud functionalities and web services. More integration with other applications including SAPs and other applications. They should not switch to a complete solution but provide better integration with other applications.

So many integrations are there, and also, many source applications are acceptable. We can integrate so many destinations that we can load on-premise, or we can load to a cloud.

Having different ways of extracting data has been very useful. We can extract data at a table level, extract data at the ETL level, and we can extract data at an ODP level. 

The solution is very stable.

It's a user-friendly product.

The deployment is quick and it's straightforward to set up.

Data Services' table comparison mechanism is very powerful. It's pretty hard to find a similar feature in other solutions. There isn't really a great solution in Raw SQL. Data Services' general programming features are strong. The programming language is pretty rich. You can significantly transform the data. It also performs well when pushing SQL down to the database server. The tool tries to do as much work in a database as possible, but there are times when it can't do that as well. In those cases, it will process the data in its own engine. All the connectors and the panelization capabilities are pretty useful as well.

The most valuable features of SAP Data Services lie in its ability to effectively observe and interpret the information within data related to people or facts, stands out. The preservation of this insightful aspect is the product’s best part.

The product's most valuable features are data validation and rules.

I have worked with Data Services for a long time, and currently, I find the dashboarding and reporting part to be the most important function. Earlier, this function was not as advanced, but now it provides excellent dashboarding and reporting capabilities. After every data load for each object, we can identify and understand any errors. This helps us schedule and manage data migration projects effectively. It has improved significantly.

The data migration is easy and convenient to extract, load, and transform. A minimal SQL knowledge is sufficient to handle the application. Syniti needs more technical knowledge. Getting the resourcing facilities is in high demand in India. It is easy for us to get the resources for Data Services. The resources also have the potential and knowledge in SAP. In addition, the loading mechanism in Data Service is much more efficient than Synity.

It's a good product overall. 

The dashboard is great. It allows us to drill down on data. 

It offers good flexibility.

The solution is doing some good R&D. We have found the technology to be quite good in general.

The initial setup is not complex.

After working with the tool for so many years, I can say that overall their services are a really good deal. They continue to enhance their services regularly and are always improving their offering.

The tools that are provided are some of the best on the market and the pricing is really great.

Data Services' best features are its robustness and plug-and-play integration with other SAP applications. It's also very user- and developer-friendly and has a huge, experienced, and well-informed user community.

The ease of mapping and creating the queries are quite useful aspects. Manipulating an integration to different systems is relatively better than any of the ATL2, which are available as well.

It's a flexible solution. You can always manipulate a lot of things as long as you have the skill level.

The initial setup is usually pretty straightforward. 

The API tool in this product is very valuable; it is very easy to onboard and use.

SAP is quite easy to start working with, especially for those with SAP experience. The basic functionality is quite good as is the basic logic and data information. 

SAP Data Services is a very general tool for SAP as a source and SAP as a destination. It can also connect to any source and any destination. This is a very valuable aspect of the solution.

The logic is simple. It makes it easy to build your extraction.

You can also do data transformation any way you want to. You can do any kind of transformation to your data and you can change the data.

I like how SAP Data Services links reporting and data integration. That's what's most interesting. You also have the opportunity to leverage the power of the Data Services server.

The solution helps us to collect and analyze data, and this is the most valuable feature for us. When we first used data services right after  SAP acquisition (previously Acta), we knew that we could deal with DWH projects much more easier way using the tool. Moreover, we were also sure that strong integration with BusinessObjects BI platform was also going to help us for impack analysis, automatic business layer creation etc. 

It's easy to understand and deploy. It's easy to create new applications, and depending on the complexity of the application, it is easy to deploy the new requirements.

Its integration capabilities and the data migration capabilities are the most valuable. It is very good for SAP and non-SAP tools. It has very good integration with SAP, but it also has the capabilities to connect to other systems. We find it very helpful and stable.

The solution is easy to use since it's a graphical tool. It also requires only low-level coding. 

The solution has very good dashboards. They have a good refresh rate - after every 300 articles.

The reporting on the data, even from third-party software, is very good.

The HANA database, which is very fast, is a valuable feature. I think it's very useful and gives the customer a lot of options. I like the dashboard, it's very convenient.
