Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."The product is good functionality-wise. I am impressed with the tool's flexibility in customization."
"It's very stable. If you ask me for the success rate metrics, it's more than 90% for both."
"It has reduced the time taken to go to market. In the past, we were struggling with building these integrations, but now the process has sped up and there is an added advantage of quick delivery. In addition, it is an agent-less solution, which provides more flexibility in terms of multiple options."
"The screen recording feature is valuable."
"Insights have been super valuable because they help us determine the benefits of our bots."
"Attended Bots have been star cases as it totally removes dependencies of user literacy to know the application."
"I like UiPath's Orchestrator. It's the core piece."
"All of the features are valuable. I think the best feature for Russian government customers is security. Security in Orchestration for requiring credentials. Our customer are usually serious about security."
"There are a number of activities available in the UiPath Studio, which are enough to automate all types of tasks."
"The product is well-integrated with different tools that can help with logging, et cetera."
"The solution provides ease of access for users with limited knowledge."
"There were a lot of scalability issues that we initially faced. Whenever I tried to deploy 100-200 endpoints, it became a huge challenge. We had to actually start using other tools like Tivoli Endpoint Management in order to patch the issues."
"The tool's UI needs to be improved. It needs to have better administration features in future releases."
"The price is an area that should be addressed because the price is high."
"I would like UiPath to have a build-in method which informs the robot's process owner how it has managed its transactions and performed through the night. If the robot had a process that was set up for a 100 transactions, and two of these transactions had an application error, four had a business error, and the rest were fine, I would like a straight up method for the business owner to login somewhere and see what the robot managed to do and not do. There should be a method for accessing and logging into Orchestrator and see the logs for only one process, and this log should be presented in a way that makes sense for non-technical people."
"Improving financial and recording operations through the use of charts would be advantageous."
"Better support for databases should be included. For example, interacting with SQL Server and SQL Developer would be beneficial features."
"The on-prem orchestrator was an issue for us."
"UiPath can improve by enabling us to target specific use cases based on the departments within an industry, rather than just focusing on the industry itself."
"It would be beneficial if the system could proactively generate alerts, notifying the client about any delays in the process execution."
"They're spending a lot of time and effort on unstructured documents or core quality documents. Sometimes things don't pick up right away, however, it is my understanding that they're working on it, and it has improved tremendously."
"We have been looking at Attended Robots, which result in the inability to lock your screen. That is simply a no-go for ever using them in most government agencies, as IT security will prohibit us from using them. If UiPath wants Attended Robots to be used inside a government agency, it needs to be applicable on a virtual desktop."
