Find out in this report how the two Business-to-Business Middleware solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."This is the easiest and best tool available."
"We are very satisfied with the DevOps support."
"It has improved our organization a lot because of the increase in productivity, and it has simplified the development of products. MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is a highly effective tool where you can build integrations so effectively. If you establish the integration platform, it increases productivity. It helps us to do effective re-authentication, and it speeds the integration."
"The most valuable features for us are flexibility, all the features related to connectivity with multiple connectors to the business, and the flexibility of on-premises and cloud deployments."
"It is a stable product...The initial setup was simple."
"Whenever we need some support in our local language, we get it easily. They also have an office in Germany and if a person is unable to contact them by phone, they can go to the office in person."
"The initial setup is quite easy because the solution has a good interface through which the configuration, mapping, and so on can be done."
"The most valuable feature is the variety of characters Anypoint Platform has. It is very scalable and customizable."
"The solution basically conforms to our standards."
"The drag-and-drop features for connectors are very valuable."
"The stability is excellent."
"Currently, I find the configuration part quite valuable, where you can easily configure things."
"The learning curve for this solution is very good."
"WSO2's analytics capability is good, considering the ELC support they provide."
"The customer service executives are very responsive."
"It's a consolidated product. It works and it does its job pretty well."
"It doesn't work well when you try using it for the processing layer."
"The platform's data integration tools need improvement on the processing side."
"It has different types of subscriptions. For platinum or lower subscriptions, there are not too many things that can be done. We don't see many features. They should release a basic version that has logging and monitoring features. These features should come with Mule Anypoint Platform for free instead of making customers pay separately for these features. Its dashboard can be improved to have a lot of charts so that it is easy to visualize information. The utilization part can be improved. The dashboard is good currently, but it can be better. Other solutions like Elastic have a good dashboard, and they allow you to administer the product from the UI. Currently, for RTF, there is a different dashboard or utility. It would be good to include the same utility in the cloud solution. It would be good if there is a centralized repository that includes the links to the information about various troubleshooting issues. The documentation is there currently, and it is good, but the troubleshooting information is too scattered. We have to go to different links to find troubleshooting information. This kind of centralized repository would be helpful for new customers who are implementing this solution. It will be helpful to see different kinds of issues that can occur."
"The pricing can be a little bit less."
"The terms of use and how it's priced has become very difficult to manage, which is forcing us to look for alternatives already - and we haven't even been using it for that long just yet."
"The initial setup should be made easy and the documentation should have some guidance."
"Technical support needs to be improved, especially when you need help with more technical aspects of the solution."
"Adding connectors for new upcoming applications would add extra value to this product."
"You cannot include the validation of XPath."
"In my opinion, the administration model and interface, of Carbon, are lacking in terms of its features and user experience."
"If I have to buy software, then it becomes expensive for me."
"The product's price is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"One of the reasons that we are looking for a replacement is their way of defining integration. The language of the XML structures that I use to describe the integrations are not that standard, and it's not easy to find people who are familiar with this approach."
"The server is very specific and it is very difficult to get experience with it."
"I would like to see them bring back a feature, from earlier versions, that was very useful in debugging and finding issues."
"There are a lot of security settings that when you apply you have to re-apply again every time you modify a setting. It is something that really needs to be enhanced."
