"It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record. That is, the ability for a user or hiring manager/recruiter to go in and out of Eightfold back into their core system, whether that be Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. It would great to be able to go back and forth with a single sign on capability so that you don't have to log in and out of applications, where it's a bidirectional single sign on.""Eightfold could be improved if they had more round table conversations about features and their roadmap.
