Our clients use Aruba ClearPass for identity authentication on their local area network and their Wi-Fi. For one of our clients, we're using the OnGuard function for health checks, and we're also using the Guest Captive portal.

I use the solution for automatic authentication. We purchased access license 1K and use it with our WiFi networks and user LANs. Our company domain uses authentication through Active Directory. We also have a central MSP account from where we are managing 53,000 devices.

We use ClearPass to authenticate users and have a product in development that will use NAC solutions. In addition to these, we also use ClearPass for network access control and guest management.

My prior company used the solution to integrate multiple environments such as Cisco, Aruba wireless or wired devices, and BYOD cases. 

It is a network access control solution used to authenticate users. We use it for wifi certificate-based authentication. It is also good for automatic onboarding and fingerprinting, like automatic device classification. This allows us to control devices automatically and have role-based authentication. For example, for Windows and Mac, we can define a specific role, and it will automatically go to that role. We can also enable free wifi guest authentication.

There are so many features in Aruba ClearPass that our company hasn't even utilized all of them. It is beneficial from a security perspective because not everyone can connect to our wifi without going through an authentication process using a corporate device or a corporate email ID. The solution confirms the credentials before they can connect to the wifi.

I've used the solution in the retail industry. We use it in hospitality as well. It's very secure in terms of authentication. 

We have a wireless network for guests and employees. That is one of the biggest use cases for ClearPass.

We use Aruba ClearPass for customers to ensure that whatever devices are entering the network have the correct posture. For example, they have the correct operating system and antivirus, and the firewalls turned on.

I'm not the one who deployed this solution. However, there are many use cases.

We are using Aruba ClearPass for authentication purposes.

Aruba ClearPass is used for managing and identifying users.

We're using Aruba ClearPass for policy management, security health check, and authorization, as well as assistive network by Active Directory or Google mail.

I mainly use ClearPass to issue and authenticate certificates.

My company uses Aruba ClearPass mainly for the initial goal we set during the initial setup of the solution, which includes Network Access Server (NAS) and backup. We use the application in our company with almost all the features it provides.

We use the solution for basic user authentication, authorization, and accounting purposes.

3. To provide visbility on my corporate network using one management dashboard   environment for the devices

ClearPass is the best Network Access Control "Swiss army knife" out there right now. It can do 802.1x (WPA2-Enterprise) for WiFi and LAN. It also has one of the slickest guest captive portal experiences and workflows out there, along with an easy, drop-in BYOD application.

I have not had too much experience with OnGuard, the endpoint integrity feature, but it does that too. With all of the ClearPass integrations and RADIUS Change of Authorization (CoA), it is possible to login wired or wireless endpoints based on a variety of identity stores, then create and associate security policies, e.g., DACLs, based on a device. 

Dynamically provision VLAN assignments, i.e., no more "color-coded ports", write Palo Alto Networks (PAN) NGFW policies that are associated with a specific user (rather than IP address), and quarantine or drop an endpoint off the network in an automated manner if an incident is detected.

All of this, naturally, comes with a lot of details in implementation, but my experience was, like all things InfoSec, implementing the controls is easy if you already have a clear, documented, executive-supported policy that you are using as the control to enforce. Otherwise, the control gets blamed for what is really a lack of clarity and leadership regarding the underlying business policy.

Our clients use Aruba ClearPass since it is a NAC solution.

I use this solution for securing company-wide logs.

I'm using the latest version. It's deployed on the public cloud. Microsoft Azure is the cloud provider.

Everyone in our organization uses this solution. It's about 300 people. There are four people who specifically operate the solution, do daily checks, check for errors, and help users who are having trouble with their login sessions.

Our primary use case is for security.

We mainly use it for 802.1X authentication.

The primary use case of ClearPass is for network access control, wireless access and policy enforcement. We use it for authentication, verification and authorization, and then patch it to our users. We are system integrators. 

We use Aruba ClearPass for our authentication server and also integrate it with our active directory. We also use the endpoint function of the solution.

We use ClearPass for access points. We are primarily working on hospitality projects, including some major hotels in Saudi Arabia. They only allow Aruba and Cisco, so we need this product.

If for example, a user in my office received a particular VLAN for the USA and relocated to the UK, they will not get the same access. This is the challenge that we are trying to achieve through the CPPM. 

We have Aruba ClearPass installed on a VM.

We are using Aruba ClearPass for our data needs, and authentication for local networks. We are adding some additional features to control clients using agents. We installed an agent for clients and it controls many things such as if the firewall is enabled or the antivirus is up-to-date.

I have a few customers that are using Aruba ClearPass.

We recently implemented ClearPass for a ministerial-level government agency with 2,500 users.

We are a system integrator, and we are a prized reseller and a partner of Aruba and Fortinet. Usually, our clients send a request for network access control type of issues. So, we are fulfilling these types of requirements with the help of Aruba ClearPass and Fortinet FortiNAC.

My clients primarily use the solution to control access to the network or their sites. If a computer is not recognized by ClearPass, it won't be able to gain access.

Our primary use case is providing services for this solution. We've done a big proof of concept for Clearpass in our company. And another recent case I prepared was a proposal for one of our biggest customers regarding a solution for network access control. Clearpass was practically the heart of that solution.

My position in the company is independent. The company sells end products and services from various vendors and Aruba is one of them. We do the implementation. 

Aruba ClearPass could be deployed on-premise in the cloud.

We use the platform to improve network security.

We use Aruba ClearPass for Nutanix and TECHx.

Our primary use case for Aruba ClearPass is to use it in IoT services.

Aruba ClearPass is used for enforcing certain security policies all around the organization, it covers certain security policies, which is in turn, is deducted from the business requirements. You start with a security policy, then you need technology to enforce it, this is where Aruba ClearPass is used.

We use this solution for controlling the security of our wireless network.

OnBoard, OnGuard, SSO and IntroSpect UEBA, including Palo Alto integration. These are valuable from engineer to C-level executives, who want visibility, performance, statistics, and a platform which can take action for them without manual intervention, saving time and money.

I use ClearPass for network access control, profiling, and security.

I am using Aruba ClearPass for 802.1X and backup indication.

ClearPass provides authentication solutions for endpoints. 

We used ClearPass for wireless 802.1x Authentication in a large campus deployment (more than 10,000 access points). 

We are also going to use it for our guest WiFi access solution. I would like to promote its use for wired network authentication as well.

The solution is used for integration with the third party. If you are not selective of the switches in Juniper or Huawei, then the third-party scan integration of ClearPass is distinct.

I use this solution when I need deep authentication regarding security issues, passwords and so on. ClearPass is also available on the Captive Portal. We're also finding that customers with many IOT devices are interested in the product. We are customers of Cisco and deploy this solution for our customers. 

We use this solution mainly for NAC, network access control.
