    What is most valuable?

    The most valuable feature for us is disaster recovery.

    How has it helped my organization?

    I used to restore the PRD SAP Server into a bare-metal server and it would act as a secondary PRD SAP server.

    What needs improvement?

    I don’t know if this version has Snapshot, but I didn’t have the chance to use it.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    We have been using the solution for three years.

    We are using the latest version of Acronis Disaster Recovery. The solution takes around two to three hours for data restoration. The solution performs fast disaster recovery and backup. The solution benefits our customers by instantly recovering their servers. I would recommend Acronis Disaster Recovery to other organizations.

    We need four engineers to deploy the solution in our customer's environment. We perform quarterly maintenance of the solution.

    Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.
