Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools. It has strong automation features, including custom workflows, blueprints, assignments tools, scheduler, and macros to reduce manual efforts. It caters to higher volume roles, and it has a deep Zoho ecosystem where we can connect with native Zoho platforms like Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho SignFlow, Analytics, Books, and Desk. The AI feature, Zia, is added for candidate matching, recommendations, and smart research that speeds up sourcing and shortlisting. The flexible customization includes career site and portal building that allows us to create branded career pages and employee referral portals, plus candidate self-service to reduce workflow. The API, webhook, and Deluge options are available to integrate with any applications using REST API calls and extend these functionalities to connect with external systems and automate custom logic, fitting my Deluge skills.

I integrate Zoho Recruit with Dynamics 360 and the Microsoft platform. For my company, we integrate with 360 for the data migration from Dynamics 360 to Zoho Recruit.

For me, the integration is most valuable because it is very important to integrate third-party platforms, for example, LinkedIn, hiring processes, or hiring integrations platforms such as Indeed.com or Jobstreet.com. Integration is the most important aspect to me.

Actually, it expanded the number of people who submitted their applications because through integration, it is seamless. For example, after the integration, the job posting will go live on the website or on Facebook or any other social media application. So in a day, there will be numerous submissions. Without manual work, such as manually emailing them to apply or emailing through LinkedIn, they will automatically submit or email the saved application or hiring job details to the applicant.

It is purely drag and drop. For example, if there is any submission, it will notify the recruitment department. Then automatically, it will be connected to their calendar to schedule an interview. That is how the workflow works in Zoho Recruit.

I usually utilize Zoho Analytics for reporting since Zoho Recruit has a built-in report dashboard, so I can easily manage all applications in one dashboard. The good aspect of Zoho Recruit is that it has a built-in dashboard per organization. We can see how many are recruited, how many are in progress, how many are hired, and how many are transferred to Zoho People for hiring processes.

One of the features that I really like is that it's very administratively user-friendly. It is easy to add new managers into the system. It's very easy to switch and add regional capability, for instance. Zoho has put a lot of time into the administrative side to make it functional, which was a huge highlight for me and my team.

Zoho's reporting functionality is good. It is easy to run lists in Excel, including dashboard reports, to determine if we are hiring accurately. We were able to tweak and improve our recruitment and hiring functions.

There are two features I love in Zoho Recruit. The first one is mass customization. I can customize the blueprint how I like, add some steps I want to include, and schedule a date and time to send the emails. I can also use a lot of templates. Secondly, the best thing about Zoho is the customer service. Whenever I have an issue or want to upgrade something, I text them through Zoho, and they respond within 40 seconds.

Zoho Recruit offers an all-in-one onboarding solution from start to finish. The solution provides the ability to integrate with other Zoho apps, allowing us to automate the hiring process. This can include sending job offer letters and creating IT tickets, as well as integrating with Zoho People for onboarding new hires. On their first day, employees can easily review all relevant documents, welcome notes, and more. Zoho Recruit's flexibility makes it the perfect solution for any onboarding needs.

The product is very user-friendly, We find it very easy to navigate.

The solution is pretty stable.

We find the product to be scalable. 

The installation process isn't very complicated.

The product does have a lot of great, useful features.

The CV parsing feature is the most valuable. It can parse resumes for the database. 

It is easy to deploy, and it is also stable and scalable. Its support is also good.

What I liked about it, was mostly the support you could get. If you had some issues, you'd call them, and they'd call you back, and they stay on the line as long as you need them to in order to resolve any issues. I'll use Zoho again at some point simply due to this aspect.

The solution is pretty simple to use.

The pricing seems to be very reasonable.

The stability never gave me any issues.

The customization and automation features are the most valuable. for instance I am able to add candidates to the system in many different ways - Directly with a click from social media sites or job boards, from within outlook or Gmail, my career pages, LinkedIn, Facebook. I can upload zip files containing thousands of CV's, or import data from csv files or backups.  There are browser plugins for almost any use case ad if not you have access to write your own application and integrate that into zho recruit.  

It also has good security, mine is setup so that I can't log in without scanning my fingerprint on my smartphone.

I've used the database for recruiting purposes listing our candidates. I've also used the reporting feature and email. It was very easy to use as I was recruiting via LinkedIn. LinkMatch helped us to add prospective candidates and get an overview of each one and their status. It was a very good user experience for employees not used to working with Plus forum and it was easy to manage. You can extract reports based on the parameters you want. It made it very easy to contact candidates when necessary. Through a few steps, you could send an email to all the candidates you had selected.

This product also allows a manager to assess their team, their status, whether they reached their targets and whether they followed up with candidates when necessary. The reporting feature was good. The process was transparent, it was easy to see whether everybody was doing their job. The solution is very user-friendly and it's really easy to work with even when you don't have technical skills.
