During a major incident six months ago, when our alerts were screaming around 2:00 AM, PRTG Network Monitor made a difference when a cascade of our core switches and servers went critical. Instead of waking up to a flood of emails and calls at around 6:00 or 7:00 AM, we implemented PRTG Network Monitor, and since then, it has been working very smoothly, allowing us to do our jobs peacefully.
