One of the primary advantages is its competitive pricing in the market. Despite the more affordable price, its devices perform efficiently in network operations. It stands out as a top choice, providing exceptional performance.

The deployment process of MikroTik routers and switches is very convenient since it is not command-driven and comes with a graphical user interface, making it much easier to operate.

In comparison to Cisco products, which can be challenging to deploy, MikroTik devices were easier to set up and had a much faster turnaround time.

The solution is very flexible. On the MikroTik router, you may have it as your many ports, so you can make one port or two ports routers, and the rest you can have as a switch.

Technical support is good.

It's pretty stable.

The product is growing in popularity.

We like the solution because it is cost-effective. We just have to buy the hardware. We don't have to buy any software, and we don't have to renew that product. Just the hardware, and we can use it for routing purposes for a lifetime. It also provides some basic security, but we don't use future security.

MikroTik routers are very user-friendly and easy to manage. They support a wide variety of routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and RIP. We use MikroTik routers for both routing and switching.

Load balancing is one of the valuable features of the solution. The best thing, from an end-user perspective, is the GUI, which MikroTik provides vis-a-vis any other routing options. In short, MikroTik provides a very user-friendly GUI option.

MikroTik offers full enterprise capabilities at a very reasonable price. If we already have it and need to improve our networking skills, it becomes essential to configure it in detail. Perhaps some might see this as a disadvantage, but in my case, I find it highly beneficial as it keeps my networking knowledge up-to-date. I utilize it extensively for computing and completing tasks. Moreover, new features are constantly being introduced, making it even more valuable. For instance, features like DOH and containers are available, allowing us to install services like Pi-hole within McAfee. I believe it's a highly useful tool from my perspective. Some other brands are quite expensive, whereas MikroTik offers reliability at a decent price, providing us with the capabilities we need.

I like MikroTik's GUI. It's completely handy and easy to handle because of its GUI. Despite other brands like Cisco urging me to switch, I didn't because they don't have a GUI. This is the most comfortable thing in my project that anyone can use easily.

It's effortless to maintain MikroTik routers because both screens make it very easy in GUI mode. You can easily interact with your hardware.

They are very good at providing the bandwidth for multi-tenants and multi-dwelling units. We're managing WiFi hotspots for hundreds of locations, and the speed and performance are quite there. They also have very cheap 10G products that come with really good and flexible software.

They are way cheaper than the top brands, and they're able to deliver the same performance and capabilities.

We like that the solution is full-featured. I have access to all the functions that I need for routing without the cost involved of having those - compared to a Cisco device or other devices like HP. With those, you need to license some of the features just to access them. MikroTik has access to all the features of routing so you can customize or be flexible in your deployment.

The solution is stable and the performance is good.

It has a lot of features. I haven't explored them all yet.

I really have not found anything valuable or special about MikroTik routers. I have not used them a lot and have not done enough with the product to know if it is good or bad in certain areas that I can put my finger on.

In general, I know that it is functioning and we have not had any breaches or any kind of attacks through our firewall. We have not had any downtime with it. It has been a solid performer that way.
