My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is that I use Monster, LinkedIn RPS, and Dice, but Dice has a great UI interface and is really good for finding tech candidates, as IT candidates are easy to find on Dice.

Currently, I use Dice Tech Recruiting to find an AI/ML engineer, so I usually do the Boolean search where I put the keywords, and according to my position criteria, I filter out the location, the years of experience, the visa status, and whether the candidate is open for full-time or not.

Dice Tech Recruiting fits into my workflow and fulfills my requirement flow, allowing me to easily source candidates over Dice, and I close many positions by sourcing through Dice.

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include the visa status option, which allows me to categorize candidates according to their visa category, and I can also decide whether a candidate is looking for a contract or a full-time opportunity.

The visa status and contract full-time filters have helped me in my searches, as I can select the US citizen filter when the client is looking for only US citizens or local candidates, and then I get only those candidates.

Dice Tech Recruiting has one more feature like the social profile, which allows me to fetch LinkedIn IDs if someone has not added their resume, enabling me to easily find the candidate on LinkedIn through Dice and reach out to them.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization, as compared to Monster and Indeed, I am not able to find good tech candidates over these portals, but on Dice, I usually get those candidates easily, and Dice has the last updated profile feature which helps me get the latest updated profile candidates leading to huge revenue for my organization.

What needs improvement?

The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too.

I believe Dice can work on engineering domain candidates, as if we look for engineering domain requirements such as mechanical engineer or electrical engineer, we cannot find those candidates on Dice.

    My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to source candidates according to our client requirements. We utilize their filter, AI search strings, and Boolean search strings to fulfill our requirements.

    Recently, I had a requirement for an AI/ML engineer role with one of my clients, and we were looking for a US citizen candidate who has 10 plus years of experience and who is local to New York City, New York, and we were looking only for a full-time position. We utilized filters such as the citizen filter, location filter, and candidate preferences for onsite or remote work.

    Everyone in my team and I are using Dice Tech Recruiting to fulfill our client requirements. We utilize its AI feature and the other filters which are provided, and it helps us tremendously.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers are the location filter and the contractor or full-time options.

    The filters for contractor, full-time, and visa options help me in my day-to-day recruiting because they are incredibly helpful. Every requirement comes with specific criteria, so we have to source candidates that match that criteria. We utilize those filters every day.

    Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by helping us fill roles faster. We can utilize the last updated profile filter in Dice, so we can reach out to the latest candidates who have recently updated their profiles on a first-come, first-served basis. If we offer a candidate the job first, then there is a high chance they will join us, so it has greatly impacted our revenue while using Dice. We improved by 50 percent.

    What needs improvement?

    Dice Tech Recruiting could be improved by enhancing the AI feature. The AI feature needs improvement because it is not accurate; sometimes it gives matching results, and sometimes it gives zero matching results.

      The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers are its AI, which is very good, and its UX/UI, which is also very good, making it easy to use and understand.

      What I appreciate most about the AI in Dice Tech Recruiting is that the Copilot feature is excellent and the interface is very easy to understand and use.
