Journey builder has improved campaign segmentation and now highlights a need for richer email dashboards
Pros and Cons
  • "As a former user, Studio Creatio positively impacted my organization in terms of customer engagement; the actual system was great, but given that sometimes the actual data within a company isn't as joined up as it could be, I cannot fault it."
  • "I would rate the customer support for Studio Creatio a five out of ten."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio during those six months was campaign building and campaign data segmentation.

To produce email campaigns in order to go out to certain segmentations of customers that we needed to change their behavior with is a specific example of how I used Studio Creatio for campaign building and data segmentation.

To enhance automations in order to acquire customer portal registrations is another aspect of my main use case with Studio Creatio.

What is most valuable?

In my experience, the best features Studio Creatio offers include the drag and drop email build feature and an intuitive user interface for customer segmentation that is quite simple and does not require using SQL code.

When I mention the intuitive customer segmentation, it feels simple and easy to use because it always states where you are, what file you're in, and what action you're in, intuitively indicating whether you want to carry on. I know other systems where you've had to add that into a node and then have rules coming off that, so in that sense, it was better than that.

I particularly enjoyed the drag and drop email campaign build feature because you could tailor the modules to what you needed.

As a former user, Studio Creatio positively impacted my organization in terms of customer engagement; the actual system was great, but given that sometimes the actual data within a company isn't as joined up as it could be, I cannot fault it. I appreciated the flexibility of data manipulation that it could offer in terms of exclusions and inclusions and also real-time reporting that could be seen thereafter.

What needs improvement?

Bearing in mind I cannot fault Studio Creatio too much because I only used it for six months, I would have loved better dashboards for email campaigns, which are things that Studio Creatio already has, but perhaps in my organization we just needed that one-to-one help.

I would have appreciated some kind of directory or search system where you can see new initiatives that are happening and active on your package. For example, if you're able to do pop-ups or dynamic personalization, instead of being able to search for that, having an academy type or lookup could be helpful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used Studio Creatio for six months in a former role, so I'm not a current user; I'm a former user.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, Studio Creatio is stable as I did not encounter any downtime or major bugs.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio's scalability is good; I found it could handle larger campaigns or increased user demand. The campaigns I sent were relatively low impact in terms of numbers, with the maximum each campaign being around one hundred fifty thousand, so I cannot comment on huge campaign demand.

How are customer service and support?

I did reach out for customer support; most of the time they were able to solve the problem. Some of the time it did take a little while for them to know the solution and work it out.

I would rate the customer support for Studio Creatio a five out of ten.

What other advice do I have?

Studio Creatio's journey builder was great. The rating could have been higher if I had learned more about the tool and knew everything there was to know.

I chose a rating of seven point five out of ten because I believe it was a seamless process to segment data, to go in and look at campaigns, to build campaigns, and to find them, as well as to plug in data into campaigns. Studio Creatio has a good user interface.

The real-time reporting helped me look at results as soon as a campaign was sent, and it helped me feedback to stakeholders on the results of what was happening as it was happening.

My advice to others looking into using Studio Creatio is to utilize all of the features. In my time of using it, I don't think I utilized all of the features, and from what I know, there are some great features for Studio Creatio that feed in from a campaign perspective, a sales perspective, or a customer services perspective, which I believe is excellent. I would give Studio Creatio a seven point five out of ten.

No-code CRM workflows have streamlined lead tracking and improved client communication
Pros and Cons
  • "The best feature Studio Creatio offers is its no-code functionality."
  • "Based on my experience, the company's pricing, setup cost, and licensing are somewhat high."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to use the create lead functionality, contacts, and products. I also use Studio Creatio for the configuration of lead, sale case, and other forms.

What is most valuable?

The best feature Studio Creatio offers is its no-code functionality. Many features can be completed without any code writing and API configuration.

We make configuration in Studio Creatio almost entirely without coding. However, if we need to hard code something, we can implement new back-end functionality on Node.js or Python.

Any useful feature in Studio Creatio, such as business process management, is very comfortable to configure as a BPMS. I appreciate this functionality.

Studio Creatio helps improve client interactions by allowing you to create a lead, track all steps of this lead, and improve communication with the client when you are watching the statistics of the lead and using information about it.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio can be improved through better integration with Event Hub or other integrations, such as native integration or API integration without coding.

I would prefer to improve some integrations in Studio Creatio, specifically by adding a few more blocks in business process to improve functionality with integrations with native API without any coding.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for about ten months, perhaps about one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Studio Creatio is very stable in my experience. It is working perfectly.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio has very good scalability with no problems. You can add any resources for your needs.

How are customer service and support?

My experience with customer support in Studio Creatio is great. We have a manager, and we can ask anything we need, and they are involved in our questions.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Our company used a different solution before Studio Creatio, but I was not a user of this solution or an administrator.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Based on my experience, the company's pricing, setup cost, and licensing are somewhat high.

What other advice do I have?

I am not certain about the positive impact of Studio Creatio on our organization, but I am confident that after a fully configured system, we can improve client outcomes.

On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Studio Creatio about seven or eight. I chose seven or eight because I appreciate this studio. I appreciate the functionality and enjoy using it, but some integrations are absent. As I mentioned, if I could choose something to improve, I would implement some new features, and then it would be a ten.

Regarding Studio Creatio's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are very secure because it uses only your LLM model. It uses only your data without any outside data posting or similar activities. It is not learning models on or using LLMs on your data; it is only using your data inside your company.

As for Studio Creatio's AI capabilities, I think the accuracy and reliability of its output are excellent. You can configure all you need about output as you wish.

I would advise others looking into using Studio Creatio.

I believe my company has a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer, and I believe we are partners.

I gave Studio Creatio an overall rating of eight out of ten.

Unified data has reduced waste and now streamlines logistics and lead management decisions
Pros and Cons
  • "In the supply chain process at this paper company, we have reduced waste by 35 percent and increased the speed from the factory to the point of sales by 28 percent because trucks often waited to be loaded due to tiny details about invoices not being ready."
  • "I think the learning curve for new users adopting Studio Creatio could be better facilitated with more hands-on training."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is to adjust a logistic and supply chain process to accelerate the delivery of the product from factory to the point of sales, dealing with tax processes, spreadsheet calculations, and similar tasks. Besides, I have another use case that is more closely related to a CRM, where we treat the leads and create a sales funnel. Once we have the suspect transformed into a lead, Studio Creatio helps me deal with these leads by enriching them.

For example, during the factory's manufacturing process, the paper company needed to know exactly how much paper of a certain type was sold beforehand to start production. Studio Creatio helped us streamline this process, allowing the factory to prepare the planning and control of production in advance and avoid waste by producing paper that was no longer sold or would take a long time to be sold, thus generating a loss for the company.

How has it helped my organization?

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization by avoiding pools of knowledge that previously isolated departments, which only exchanged spreadsheets or shared outdated files. This created huge margins for errors, with varying KPIs and decisions based on outdated numbers that affected results. The major outcome is the sensation of unity between all departments and the security to make decisions based on accurate data, which provides a single source of truth for the company.

In the supply chain process at this paper company, we have reduced waste by 35 percent and increased the speed from the factory to the point of sales by 28 percent because trucks often waited to be loaded due to tiny details about invoices not being ready. Previously, trucks spent all night waiting to be loaded for the next day, which impacted the point of sales. With Studio Creatio, we accelerated this process and even removed unnecessary steps that were no longer valid.

What is most valuable?

Something that always draws my attention is the easy way to drag and drop fields and create forms with a no-code approach, which is very useful, especially for the lead treatment in the CRM process. For example, after a certain amount of time, a salesperson should contact the customer to check if they need anything else. Such business rules and the back-and-forth between the future customer or lead and the sales team are very easily processed and created using Studio Creatio because it is so easy to create business rules, forms, buttons, and integrate with other systems, even APIs.

The feature that stands out the most for me in Studio Creatio is the ability to create forms. It is as simple as connecting to the database, selecting the fields you want, and creating a ready-to-use, functional form that integrates with other modules of Studio Creatio or connects to other databases or systems if APIs are available. This easy-to-use approach and user-friendly interface facilitate the creation of complex processes, which is the most appealing feature that caught my attention in Studio Creatio.

Automation is very easy to use in Studio Creatio. You just need to set up the main parameters of your database or tables and constraints in a next, next, finish approach. This simplicity means even a non-technical person can manage a medium complexity integration between databases, tables, forms, and data lakes. Reporting is also straightforward; you can create reports in a glimpse, which are features I liked most.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio could be improved with AI to help decision-makers understand context better. For instance, it would be practical to receive a message stating, 'Hey, this invoice needs to be approved. Do you approve?' If the decision-maker has any doubts, they could call a Copilot AI agent to ask, 'Hey, what do you think about this? Tell me more about this negotiation.' This could greatly improve Studio Creatio, providing security for anyone needing to approve processes without doubts.

One thing that comes to mind for improvement is to use more AI, such as creating templates or planning. I have noticed customers often start building forms or integrations without proper planning, which leads to realizations about integration purposes or critical details being overlooked after everything is connected or built. A Copilot AI could assist users in making thorough plans before building begins.

I think the learning curve for new users adopting Studio Creatio could be better facilitated with more hands-on training. An interactive approach would be beneficial as my training primarily involved videos, which were not very interactive. A more engaging training experience could diminish the learning curve for new users, but overall, it is a very good learning curve. New users can quickly get their boots on the ground.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for two years.

What other advice do I have?

Studio Creatio handles customization for my business needs quite well, and it is flexible enough.

My advice for others looking into using Studio Creatio is to wisely choose the right modules they want to implement in the company and to ensure that all necessary data is cleaned and available to make the integration and implementation as smooth as possible. If you choose a module and then think about your data sources, you might feel frustrated not to achieve the full potential the tool can offer.

I would rate my overall experience with Studio Creatio as an eight out of ten.

Flexible workflows have boosted sales demos and have improved client satisfaction insights
Pros and Cons
  • "Studio Creatio has positively impacted our organization by helping us gather very rich client satisfaction scores as a result of implementing it for our customer service team."
  • "Studio Creatio can be improved because they oversell its AI capabilities out of the box, and there are lots of configurations that need to happen; it is not readily available to use just with one click, as configurations and training must occur before it yields management results."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio involves sales and demos.

What is most valuable?

The best features Studio Creatio offers, in my opinion, are its flexibility and configuration, and its ease of use is really good. Those are the two big things I would say.

Studio Creatio is flexible and easy to use because I have no technical background and I have been able to configure some pretty medium complexity workflows without the need for coding for lead and opportunity management, so that is pretty interesting and cool.

Integrations, from my consultant's perspective, are relatively simple to create compared to other platforms, and I am able to build out some pretty detailed reports on my own without the need for developers.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted our organization by helping us gather very rich client satisfaction scores as a result of implementing it for our customer service team.

I measure those client satisfaction scores through surveys, and I have noticed improvements in those scores after using Studio Creatio.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio can be improved because they oversell its AI capabilities out of the box, and there are lots of configurations that need to happen; it is not readily available to use just with one click, as configurations and training must occur before it yields management results.

The reason I give it an eight is that, again, back to what I spoke to on the AI features, they are not very plug and play and are oversold as out-of-the-box capabilities that require pretty advanced training before they yield results; once they are set up, however, they are very powerful tools.

Regarding Studio Creatio's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are good.

Regarding Studio Creatio's AI capabilities, I think its accuracy and reliability of output are very strong once it is trained, although it requires training to get there.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Studio Creatio is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio's scalability is very strong.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support needs mass improvement.

I would rate the customer support a one for the free version, three for standard support, and six for premium support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution, as we had no solution in place.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is good; my own organization has very preferred pricing with Creatio, so my experience is a lot different than the typical buyer.

What about the implementation team?

I did not use an implementation team.

What was our ROI?

There have definitely been mass improvements, but I cannot speak to exact metrics regarding return on investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is good; my own organization has very preferred pricing with Creatio, so my experience is a lot different than the typical buyer.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Studio Creatio, I evaluated Salesforce and HubSpot as other options.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Customized workflows and dashboards have streamlined service management and accelerated delivery
Pros and Cons
  • "Studio Creatio is a CRM product with offerings for service management, marketing, and sales management, along with some GenAI offerings."
  • "If you really want a BI-capable tool, it is better to acquire licenses of such products."

What is our primary use case?

Studio Creatio is a CRM product with offerings for service management, marketing, and sales management, along with some GenAI offerings.

It is a low-code/no-code platform that makes it very easy to customize and prepare workflows or dashboards in any way you see fit, allowing you to create anything you need.

Studio Creatio has a drag-and-drop interface that makes development very easy. It is a very easy tool to integrate and works on many databases, making integration straightforward as well.

What is most valuable?

My primary work involved developing workflows, developing customized dashboards, and integrating the platform with other platforms rather than working on process modeling.

Doing this work through Studio Creatio was relatively easy and fairly important.

The capabilities offered are as per industry standard and comparable to peers such as Zendesk.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio offers sufficient capabilities. We cannot expect Studio Creatio to scale up to the level of Salesforce because Salesforce is a much more premium product. However, Studio Creatio offers more customization.

Studio Creatio is somewhat better capable than Salesforce if you want to use CRM for service management, such as customer retaining. My understanding and feedback from customers also support this view regarding the service management aspect of Studio Creatio, which is at par or better than Salesforce.

If you actually want to spend on service management, you would rather choose a service management-focused CRM such as Zendesk. Zendesk excels in service management compared to Salesforce as well.

Studio Creatio is for customers who do not have the budget of Salesforce or Zendesk and have a very fast turnaround time. You can plug in Studio Creatio there and quickly develop and deliver on short iterations however customers require.

The problem with generative AI is that everyone is experiencing a loss of identity. A tool such as Studio Creatio, which heavily marketed itself as a low-code/no-code platform, now has Claude Anthropic offerings to compete with, and there is a possibility that it can lose its identity.

There is a possibility that a random developer can use a platform such as Claude to completely develop something that Studio Creatio was offering. My personal opinion is that the low-code/no-code capabilities are at a threat. If you see their marketing, they position themselves as a low-code/no-code offering. They are a CRM, but their low-code/no-code offering is their selling point. If I can customize and build that using other generative AI products, then Studio Creatio will be at a loss. However, Studio Creatio would still be cheaper, and they have a community of developers on whom you can fall back.

For analytics, they have standard dashboard capabilities. However, they are not a BI platform, nor do they position themselves as a competitor of Tableau. Tableau is a visual analytics platform that was acquired by Salesforce to show their dashboards. Studio Creatio would not be able to compete at that level. They have their own set of bespoke dashboards, and you can customize dashboards to your liking. Of course, you can have live offerings as well. However, there is nothing remarkable about it. If you really want a BI-capable tool, it is better to acquire licenses of such products. They do not have anything remarkable to offer apart from what they have and their customization abilities.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for more than one year.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I moved into a different role, so I am not currently working with Studio Creatio.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I have shifted to Anthropic-based solutions.

What other advice do I have?

Standard offerings are of course present and are as per industry standard. I would rate this review a 10.

Low-code workflows have accelerated account opening but still need refinement for support processes
Pros and Cons
  • "Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization mostly by speeding up the process at which clients can open an account, and we tried to shorten the time on an automatic flow to make it easier and reduce the time needed to open the account and ensure the entire workflow functions optimally."
  • "Customer service rating: 3"

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Studio Creatio is that we use it as the CRM platform to open the client's account for the banking side, meaning the personal accounts and company accounts for clients.

When a new client comes in, Studio Creatio is used as a backend system where the customer support checks the information and opens the client's account, but most of the process is made automatically by Studio Creatio with the help of our developers.

What is most valuable?

In my opinion, the best feature Studio Creatio offers is the low-code platform, where you can develop workflows for processes based on low-code technology.

Studio Creatio has positively impacted my organization mostly by speeding up the process at which clients can open an account, and we tried to shorten the time on an automatic flow to make it easier and reduce the time needed to open the account and ensure the entire workflow functions optimally.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for almost six or seven months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding its stability, I see Studio Creatio as pretty stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I have not noticed any issues with scalability when expanding or adding more users to Studio Creatio.

How are customer service and support?

Customer service rating: 3

What other advice do I have?

I find the low-code platform very nice and easy to connect the processes based on some schema details compared to other tools I have used, as you can actually add parameters and use it for the process you want to know, but you need to know exactly which field you can use to create this workflow and check on the backend system.

My advice for others looking into using Studio Creatio is to explore because there are many options available. You should try to explore to find the best solution that Studio Creatio offers, and you just need to explore because there are many capabilities and features that can actually make your work easier with the product you want to develop, whether it is a CRM for customer support or marketing.

I chose a rating of seven because Studio Creatio is a multi-platform solution and you have many possibilities to meet customer needs for marketing and legal purposes across all platforms.

Customizable, easy to use, and has good built-in dashboards
Pros and Cons
  • "The tool enables users to work offline through the mobile application."
  • "The documentation must be more technical."

What is our primary use case?

We use the product to build our platforms with smart features.

How has it helped my organization?

I have worked with the tool many times. If we use it for field force management, we can save up to 20% of costs.

What is most valuable?

The solution is easy to use. It is easy to study and work with it. It has good built-in dashboards. The vendor and local partners provide good support. The tool enables users to work offline through the mobile application. It helps field force management. Our technical persons can work on the field and respond after the connectivity is restored. It is a very good option. Most tools do not provide such features. The solution is customizable. It is a no-code platform.

What needs improvement?

Sometimes, the cloud version provides slow responses. The documentation must be more technical. Sometimes, we need to work with massive external data. We might have 10 to 20 million lines of data that must be imported into our system. Mendix is the only product that provides such features in the market. It enables us to virtualize and work with our data. Studio Creatio should provide such features to virtualize external data.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for the last six months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product is stable. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I rate the product’s scalability an eight out of ten. Internally, we have 10 to 15 users. We have up to two million users.

How are customer service and support?

The support is okay.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

The tool is available on the cloud as well as on-premise. The ease of setup depends on the complexity of the project. In most cases, we just connect and work. We must create our own team and find a partner to build our own application. If we need to create something new, it will take time.

I rate the ease of setup of the cloud version a ten out of ten. However, I would rate the ease of setup of the on-premise version a five or six out of ten. The on-premise version takes longer to deploy. The cloud version can be deployed within minutes. We receive a license key and start working. If all the components are ready, we can deploy the on-premise version within ten days.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The tool is reasonably priced.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated ServiceNow, but it was costly. We have also evaluated some open-source products, such as Mendix and Appian.

What other advice do I have?

We use the product's automation capabilities for some processes. We plan to implement some tools based on Creatio to improve our processes. If we want to build something new and receive marketing support from the vendor, we can use Creatio. It's easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to scale if we want to grow. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Leveraging process automation and advanced tools for streamlined operations
Pros and Cons
  • "It enables automating tasks and provides self-service options, ultimately improving efficiency and customer satisfaction."
  • "It appears that at times, our partners might be using Google Translate, resulting in translations lacking context and not being entirely understandable."

What is our primary use case?

There are a lot of different use cases for Studio Creatio that involve process automation and the implementation of CRM service functionality. It is also used to orchestrate purchasing processes in large companies where multiple companies are involved. Other use cases involve using third-party tools to automate processes and integrate with other platforms. This can include creating custom bots for self-service data requirements, such as password reset or case creation, without human intervention. Overall, it is a versatile tool used for process automation, CRM, and integrating with third-party solutions to streamline various business processes, including purchasing and customer service. It enables automating tasks and provides self-service options, ultimately improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What is most valuable?

The process of process automation, specifically utilizing the BPM process designer, is at the core of our operations. To effectively navigate our solutions, we rely on a combination of essential components. These include the process designer, web service integration, and machine learning capabilities. Web service integration, for instance, is crucial. It allows us to access data from external sources, such as banks, for currency rate updates. This feature is indispensable for handling different currencies and maintaining up-to-date information. The machine learning tool provided by Studio Creatio plays a pivotal role. It assists us in configuring customer data and gaining insights into client behavior. This functionality has the potential to revolutionize how to approach issues like case reporting and forecasting possible solutions. It can also identify patterns and behaviors among customers, enabling to employ machine learning for similar tasks. Another valuable tool is dynamic case management (DCM). When combined with business process automation, DCM empowers us to manage complex documents and their lifecycles with precision. The flexibility of DCM proves vital for addressing specific customer needs. Notably, our reliance on coding has diminished significantly. In most cases, we find ourselves writing just a single line of code or occasionally making minor calls to specific tasks. Despite working on projects spanning several months, I can confidently say that I've rarely exceeded writing a hundred lines of code. This underscores the incredible efficiency of our approach, as we can meet even the most intricate customer requirements with minimal coding.

What needs improvement?

Within Spanish group service agents, we often encounter issues with translations. When implementing solutions, we noticed that certain parts, like K2 or case text, are sometimes inaccurately translated by our local partner responsible for Spanish translations. While some translations are excellent, others can be confusing. It appears that at times, our partners might be using Google Translate, resulting in translations lacking context and not being entirely understandable.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with it for seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It provides excellent stability and consistently undergoes improvements and updates, ensuring a reliable and up-to-date solution. I would rate it nine out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is highly scalable, making it suitable for various applications and accommodating almost any customer need. It can support a wide range of users, making it versatile for both small and large businesses. Customers can create advanced web apps, database services, and application services as per their requirements. While customization may come at an additional cost, Studio Creatio eliminates the need for different tools for customers of varying sizes, providing a comprehensive solution for diverse needs. I would rate it eight out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

Their customer support service is very efficient. I would rate it ten out of ten.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

What about the implementation team?

The deployment process depends on the project, but in my experience is significantly faster compared to traditional solutions, taking less than half the time. While developing an application for a customer's problem might take three, four, or five times longer using traditional methods, with Studio Creatio, it's notably quicker. With traditional solutions, a one-month implementation in Studio Creatio could translate to six to eight months. This agility allows for rapid project completion and the ability to provide customers with working applications sooner while ongoing development continues.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The new pricing model introduced this year appears to be an improvement over the old one, even though there isn't a specific use case available for comparison at the moment. The new model seems flexible, especially for projects involving no-code or low-code solutions. It is fairly competitive.

What other advice do I have?

My recommendation for using Studio Creatio is to obtain credentials and access the Creatio solution to address specific problems. It's a cost-effective option with ample study materials and practical exercises for mastering it. While the tool is intuitive, it's essential to invest some time in learning it. With around forty to fifty hours of preparation, you can begin working on simple projects, and with a bit more time, you will be equipped to tackle more complex ones effectively. I would rate it nine out of ten.

Accommodates numerous users for a large amount of documents, but it is difficult to integrate
Pros and Cons
  • "The most valuable feature of Studio Creatio is the ease of providing change for our customers, and Creatio also provides us with scalability, performance and agility."
  • "Creatio needs to stabilize their marketplace."
  • "On the other hand, when you are implementing the solution, we can't get enough support from the vendor."

What is our primary use case?

We provide solutions for change management within engineering management and control documents.

Our company uses Creatio with two different departments within our customers' organizations.  One is with the marketing department and the other is with their engineering department.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature of Studio Creatio is the ease of providing change for our customers.

Creatio also provides us with scalability, performance and agility.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio can be used as a SaaS model, however, our customers are asking for the on-premise version. Creatio needs to stabilize their marketplace. When customers share their experience with the platform, the solutions should be easily added for global usage.

Another improvement would be with integration. It is difficult to integrate particular technologies inside our customers' IT environment.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Studio Creatio is scalable. We are able to accommodate numerous users for a large amount of documents and workflows.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support at Studio Creatio provides good service in terms of partnership, sales, and in terms of starting to use the solution. They invite a lot of people in their community across the world, making it very useful for our developer team.

On the other hand, when you are implementing the solution, we can't get enough support from the vendor. The community is wide, and they help a lot by sharing developers' topics, the hard parts, or advice for integration.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of Studio Creatio depends on the user's knowledge. If you compare it to OpenText it is much easier to install. However, if you compare the installation to other low-code solutions like Bubble, it is much more difficult.

In some cases, we provide the solutions for records management for deep or hard requirements like archives. When a customer has large amounts of paper, it is a very difficult tool to set up.

In a fairly large company, we use a team of four analytic consultants and two developers to deploy the solution.

Our projects are usually based on three-month timelines, after that, we continue to provide management services. We do not just set up, finish and forget.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing depends on what you are comparing the solution to. If you compare it with ECM solutions like OpenText or IBM, Studio Creatio is inexpensive. If you compare it with solutions like Mendix, which is also low-code, it is also less expensive.

However, their pricing plans are not user-friendly because in many cases you have to buy different options to get additional features.

The price is approximately $15 per month per user.

What other advice do I have?

For new users considering Studio Creatio, I would recommend going with a very simple, stable solution provided by a vendor. There are three of them, marketing, sales and service.

Do not build a solution from scratch. Start by using the models or features for a particular industry and particular solution, and work closely with the vendor. It is better to choose from partners with a particular solution and not go deep into coding everything from scratch.

Overall, I would rate Studio Creatio a seven out of 10.

An easy-to-use BPM and low-code platform with proactive technical support
Pros and Cons
  • "The low-code tools and business process management that Creatio provides are useful for our internal processes. It is also very easy to use."
  • "We recommend this solution to all our customers because of its functionalities and potential."
  • "I can have several types of contacts, customers, employees, partners, and so on, and I would like to have a different view for each type of contact in the list view. Currently, there is no way to configure this. This is something I would like Creatio to improve. In this time of COVID, it is very important that all such solutions improve omnichannel communications and omnichannel marketing. Companies need to communicate with customers by using not just the phone number and email but also by using social networks. All companies today need artificial intelligence, machine learning, the internet of things, and social communication."

What is our primary use case?

We use it for all customer stories. We usually use it for our sales processes and marketing campaigns.

How has it helped my organization?

We have integrated it with Beesender, which is a Creatio marketplace application to integrate with social networks. It enables chats for contacting the customers by using any social network they prefer. It can also integrate an automated bot to specific procedures, such as registering for an event.

What is most valuable?

The low-code tools and business process management that Creatio provides are useful for our internal processes. It is also very easy to use.

In this time of COVID, it is very important that all such solutions improve omnichannel communications and omnichannel marketing. Companies need to communicate with customers by using not just the phone number and email but also by using social networks. All companies today need artificial intelligence, machine learning, the internet of things, and social communication.

What needs improvement?

I can have several types of contacts, customers, employees, partners, and so on, and I would like to have a different view for each type of contact in the list view. Currently, there is no way to configure this. This is something I would like Creatio to improve.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution since 2015/16. But I had my first relation with Creatio, Bpm'online on those days, in 2011, when the solution was Client/Server, I work in a couple of projects in this year, one of them integrating with SAP/ERP.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In general, it is very stable. However, sometimes, we have some issues with communication performance, which is bad, but due to our Internet. It could be because we are in Chile, and Creatio is on some Amazon site in the United States. It is not a common issue.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is very scalable. Our clients are medium and large companies in the Chilean market. The Chilean market is not the same as the United State market. A medium company in Chile has 20 to 30 Creatio users. A large company has 100 or 200 users.

We are always working to include more users for our customers by bringing in new functionalities or delivering some specific implementations. For example, for customers working with properties, we start with sales processes, and they, later on, include legal users because they need to approve or review the contracts and so on. In this way, we get more users on Creatio for customers.

How are customer service and technical support?

I am very happy with their support. They are very proactive, and their academy and documentation are also very good.

Sometimes we have some problems because I have no certified developer at this time, and it can get difficult to take the support of development because we have no one certified.

How was the initial setup?

It is very easy because I have been working with Creatio for many years. For me, it is not difficult to implement. It is very transparent and easy to implement. The deployment took less than three months.

What other advice do I have?

We recommend this solution to all our customers because of its functionalities and potential. It is not just for solving some CRM issues. You can also develop whatever you want by using the framework of Creatio. All companies need to develop some specific applications based on the needs of their business, and with Creatio, they can very easily integrate these implementations with their back-office products. I developed some specific applications for some customers by using this solution. It is a very good solution for every customer.

I would rate Studio Creatio a nine out of ten. Creatio is continuously improving the code and delivering new functionalities. I am very happy with all the functionalities of Creatio.
