We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard.""I like the business process management engine. It's very detailed, and you can probably map any of the corporate workflow processes you come across in it compared to some of the other solutions out there. I can probably say that it has very good support to work in tandem with other RP solutions in the market. The software is still very user-friendly and integral, and they have pretty good online resources. The automation feature is pretty good, so is the integration feature.""I like that Bizagi is fully compatible with BPMN 2.0. It also eases the way in which we work with BPMN 2.0 itself, which is a comprehensive and rather complex notation standard.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves.""The user logic is very easy to understand, even for people who are not engineers nor developers.""One of the features I like is that when drawing any task, when putting a task on the process model canvas, I can simply click on it and see the other task icons for that task. It's just one quick, simple, straightforward connectivity from task to task.""I very much like the reusable rules and forms, and the way Bizagi controls the process flow. I also like the document generating system to generate PDFs and then .doc files with information gathered from a flow. At the end of a process, you can generate a document that can be printed."

"We use the tool to validate and give access to the users. It is for access management.""Process automation with Bonita BPM is really easy.""The most valuable features of Bonita are the connectors, detailed documentation, and web applications. The documentation was useful because it is how I learned how to use it.""Its user-friendliness, along with the availability of comprehensive and clear documentation on the website is the most valuable.""The solution is easy to use.""I really enjoy using the workflow management.""The solution is stable. Even the older versions are stable.""The user interface is easy to use."

"The initial setup isn't too complex."

Cons
"The product must make automation easier.""In terms of what needs improvement, the costs can be lowered.""Bizagi doesn't have integrations with other solutions, such as ERP systems. In the industry and your company, you have a lot of systems with which you need to integrate, but Bizagi doesn't have such integrations, which makes it very difficult. Its scalability can also be improved. It is good for a startup, but when you need something more complex, it is not good.""Bizagi's UI should include shorter steps for documenting controls, documenting properties, changing some attributes in the object, and adding additional text.""Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them.""The gateway through which it connects with other vendors, specifically RPA vendors, is one aspect that could be improved.""There could be more documentation.""Can be difficult for new users."

More Bizagi Cons →

"I should be able to park the tasks that are within a process in a kind of container, and dynamically, a super admin should be able to connect these processes. This kind of feature might be helpful.""Automation in vacation of a human resources replacement would be a good improvement in the product.""The main issue with Bonita is that the workspace crashes sometimes.""There is a considerable learning curve.""The dashboard has limited features.""The community edition has limited module functionality. If they could release some of the functionality that's available in the enterprise edition that would be helpful to those learning to use the solution.""I have run into a lot of problems because there is not enough documentation.""There is a need for more components in the library and additional customization options for these components."

More Bonita Cons →

"The maintenance aspect is too heavy."
