Pros
"The solution integrates well with the Microsoft platform.""Data exporting is easy, and this tool works seamlessly with other solutions. It's a stable and low-priced solution.""One of the most useful aspects of this solution is the out-of-the-box functionality on all areas, especially on Application Insights, zero instrumentation, and artificial intelligence for event correlation.""The most valuable feature is the universality of their functionalities in all Azure services, including, software solutions.""The solution is quite stable.""The solution has tons of valuable features.""Technical support is good and helpful...The initial setup is easy.""The tool's most valuable feature is the alert system, which can be set according to our metrics. The integration is smooth."

"The solution is simple to use.""As a manager, I find Veeam One's reporting service to be very helpful.""I don't have to go back and forth between different applications to get the report I need.""First, I like that this solution is fast. Second, I like the stability and flexibility.""The solution offers a very straightforward setup.""Veeam One is a centralized management and centralized reporting tool. The tool has supportive infrastructure to create specialised applications and some server application. You can add all the resources and infrastructure. Cons
"In my opinion, they should improve the overall user experience, especially when it comes to indexing and searching collective logs.""They can simplify the overall complexity since you have multiple data sources in the cloud for monitoring. It's quite simple, but there are so many portals. It takes time to work with it. If they could simplify the user configuration, that would be good.""Azure Monitor's integration with applications could be improved.""The scalability could be improved as there are some limitations.""If it is configured incorrectly, you can end up with a huge bill.""have used multiple products like Webex and PRTG. Some features could be added. Azure Monitor should add SMS and APIs. We have very limited access to Azure Monitor. I usually get alerts on my phone when they are integrated with Slack. I am not always available, but my team is. Sometimes, I am traveling and don't have access to my email, but I have Slack and other third-party projects that send me instant messages if a sensor goes down.""Lacks information including details related to where problems lie.""Azure Monitor could improve the visualization aspect and integrate better with other third-party services."

"One common customer complaint is that Veeam, not just Veeam ONE, has become increasingly complex over time. This means that it is now very feature-rich, which can be challenging for some users to navigate and understand. There is a need for more education on how to use the GUI and all of the available features. Even regular users of Veeam may struggle to utilize the new features, which makes it more challenging for backup administrators to manage their backups. The platform is not becoming simpler, but rather, it is becoming more complicated over time.""The support, reporting part and customization should all be improved.""When you have to renew the licenses you sometimes have some trouble getting rid of the old one and reassigning it to the new one. That's an aspect that could run smoother and could be better.""The solution is not very good at backing up the physical Linux systems.""Agent backups could be better. I have many problems with agent backups, particularly on Linux and MySQL databases. MySQL works well with Microsoft products but not with other products. The database backups are not working correctly, and we are losing business. I am not getting any support; administration is also a significant problem.""Veeam ONE should improve its UI.""Its reporting feature could be better.""Backup management features are crucial for ensuring the reliability and automation of backup processes."
