What is our primary use case?

The primary use case for Apollo.io in our environment is to obtain contact details, focusing on filtering out leading members of target companies. Specifically, we utilize it to acquire the contact information of CEOs while excluding other members of the organization.

What is most valuable?

The product's most valuable feature is its ease of use, especially for beginners. Its very user-friendly interface makes it ideal for newcomers. Additionally, the free plan has many provisions, so I was able to access a lot of information without upgrading. However, if we decide to upgrade to the premium plan, it will provide even greater services.

What needs improvement?

They should provide a larger number of free emails. Currently, if I need to obtain 500 or 1000 emails, it would be beneficial. However, it is not feasible for the Apollo team to provide this additional information for free. But if this aspect could be improved, it would greatly benefit users like myself.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Apollo.io for a year.

I have been using the platform for a year and found it consistently stable. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

Our sales team is limited in size, comprising only two or three individuals using Apollo.io.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used a different product before. However, Apollo was easier to use and provided more free email.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward to navigate. I found it very easy and recommended it to other individuals who found it similarly user-friendly. We utilize it for various purposes, including real estate and IT services, and it seamlessly integrates into our business operations. I rate the process a ten out of ten.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

While the platform offers a certain number of free emails, there's room for improvement in providing a greater allowance, especially for users requiring larger emails over an extended period. Understandably, offering free information may pose challenges for the Apollo team, but enhancing this aspect could greatly benefit users. Paid versions are likely to provide more accurate information and offer more convenience to users.

What other advice do I have?

The product's accuracy of contact details significantly impacts lead-generation efforts. The emails are mostly accurate, but phone numbers may need to be more reliable. I noticed this firsthand when searching for information on Apollo.io, where my cell number was incorrect. As a result, I primarily rely on emails for contact purposes.

The solution has not significantly impacted our return on investment in sales prospecting. However, it is a convenient tool for obtaining emails, especially considering the limitations of other sources, which offer a very restricted number of emails in their free plans. For instance, SignalHire provides only ten to fifteen free emails, albeit with high accuracy. 

I rate it a ten out of ten.

My main use case for Apollo.io is B2B sales, marketing, data collecting, data collection, and data analysis, which I use day-to-day.

I am using Apollo.io for companies' analysis and employees checking, and in industry fields, company data collecting.

In my daily work, I focus on data collection.

What is most valuable?

The best features Apollo.io offers in my experience are the filters, which stand out to me the most when I search any industry or partner or leads, particularly with lead generation.

The filters help me because there are many filters in Apollo.io.

What needs improvement?

In addition to the filters, I find it useful that in my work, we want to find distributors, but in Apollo.io, from the LinkedIn data, I think it does not have a distribution option.

I believe Apollo.io is just great, and there is nothing specific I wish worked better or features I would like added.
