Our primary use case for Sophos MDR is for clients who do not have a dedicated IT team for monitoring 24/7. We offer managed detection and response services to take care of monitoring. I'm currently in the process of building my cybersecurity team. I believe that by enrolling them in this program, they can benefit from direct engagement with an industry leader while also having access to a Security Operations Center. The SOC aspect is essential because it offers different levels of engagement which means that my team can closely collaborate with the Sophos team to bolster our security defenses. With Sophos MDR, we can harness the expertise of the Sophos SOC. They continuously monitor our network and endpoints and provide regular notifications if they detect any suspicious activities or threats and ensure that we're well protected against serious cyberattacks.

We use it for managed services, primarily for customers who lack resources. MDR is a tool that not only identifies and shows the impact of viruses but also requires no technical staff for operation. 

So, the user doesn't need a technician; it offers 24/7 support to identify and manage your infrastructure and take complete care of any technological incidents.

We don't need to invest in manpower. For example, if we are investing in an IT guy for endpoint solution security, we are investing our money in a guy. And the ROI will not be much because they will only do analytics parts. But what happens when the engine has a ransomware attack is that they will not be able to resolve the ransomware, which Sophos MDR will help you resolve very quickly.

We use Sophos MTR for three of our customers, and we're proposing it for a fourth. We sell Sophos Intercept X Advanced with EDR and MTR Advanced. All of this is managed through Sophos Central and just integrated into the endpoint for both workstations and servers, so we see alerts, problems, and cases opened.
