I rate Qualys Web Application Scanning eight and a half out of ten for scalability.

The scalability of the software could be better. Its licenses are distributed through a third-party supplier at the moment. Thus, it becomes a problem in managing the numbers. The licenses stay the same, but the numbers keep on going up. I currently have 600 assets. If I go for a three-year contract, it will increase by 900 assets. It would have been great if we had direct contact with Qualys for sales and support.

In the future, we plan to increase the number of users. In my team, we have three members, and the team working on the risk scan consists of six members. Overall, there are about ten users in our environment.

I rate the scalability a five out of ten.

Qualys, being cloud-based, offers excellent scalability. Whenever we need to scale up, we can easily configure settings in the backend. And add licenses for more users.

It allows for easy adjustments to your security needs without the need for physical hardware, facilitating seamless scaling up or down according to your organization's requirements.

In my team, we have a focused group working with Qualys. However, our organization serves a broader range of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses, leveraging Qualys for their security needs.

We have expanded the solution in a few areas and it was scalable. We have approximately 50 people using the solution in my organization.

We get a license to use this application for up to a year and we file for a license every year to renew. We would need to renew this license in September of 2020, so we will need to make a decision whether we will be continuing to use Qualys as a solution.  

The plans can be installed internally on the infrastructure or be used with a cloud-base scenario. If you have a cloud structure, the scalability is almost unlimited because it all depends on the number of assets that you want to manage. This can be done without any major configuration changes. In terms of scalability, Qualys has handled it quite well.

I rate the product’s scalability a nine out of ten. 

Qualys WAS is scalable.

The tool is scalable since it is on the cloud. We have 60 users.

It is a cloud-based solution, so it is easy to scale. 

We work with enterprise-level clients with over 2500 endpoints. 

It leverages the cloud. One of the upsides of that is the scalability that is possible. 

We have about 500 to 600 people on the solution currently.

In terms of scalability, it is very easy to expand. It's very fast and visible.

We don't have many people working on the solution. But our applications are big applications. We are using six components in different applications.

It is a scalable product.

Qualys Web Application Scanning has been scalable we have not had any problems in our operations.

We procured around 110 licenses for Web Application Scanning, but we have issues running concurrent scans. I don't currently have the option to trigger scans for all 100-plus websites. The default limit is around 10 conference scans. It's not very scalable, to be honest, because of the limitation that they put on concurrent scans.

It is a cloud-based solution, so it is easy to scale.

In terms of scalability, Qualys is good.

Not really, we spun up multiple Qualys servers to walk through our data center cloud infrastructure on a regular basis.

The scalability is very good. It is very easy to expand this solution. We scan on an IP address basis. We have credit for 250 IP addresses, and we are free to use it in our user environment, or on the cloud. 

We have around twenty users using this solution. 

It is good and scalable.

Qualys is perfect, scalability-wise.

The cloud service makes the solution very scalable. We have about ten users right now, however we don't intend to increase usage at this time.

This product is designed for easy scalability and can easily scale up without major challenges.
