HPE Wireless WAN Room for Improvement
I am not in a position to fully address what can be improved for HPE Wireless WAN currently.
However, there are some areas that need improvement, such as connectivity issues and additional features that other products have.
For example, Meraki is more comfortable compared to HPE in terms of adding and managing devices.
View full review »Stability is an issue, as the access point becomes overloaded with more than twenty connections. Additionally, the current product uses two antennas. Increasing to four antennas could benefit us.
View full review »Integration might be improved, particularly with a single sign-on for Active Directory. Currently, our Windows users log in with different credentials, although many of our other applications integrate with Active Directory. If it's possible to integrate the HP access points with Active Directory, it would be beneficial. We also have guest users, and it would be useful to have time-restricted passwords for them, limiting their access to only the Internet.

Mostly, I face problems with client connectivity and some devices, like Android. They need to focus on client devices to improve customer experience.
View full review »HP has wired the product range. The sales sync should connect with and sync up with the customers.
They have to introduce new technologies and their road map, and only then can a customer collaborate with them. It will hardly take fifteen to twenty minutes. It depends on the site and where you are going to mount it.

The license cost of the product is an area where the prices are neither expensive nor cheap, leaving a scope for the prices to be lowered further.
The tool must warn the management about unwanted traffic.

Any area for improvement in HPE Wireless WAN would depend on each user's experience, but its scalability has room for improvement. Stability could be improved, and technical support needs to be faster.

Technical support could be improved. They could respond a bit faster. Right now, they are slow.

They should have some security features to protect our network.
The access points should have the newest algorithms in security, and the controller should be stable.
