The adapter is beneficial as it allows integration with various devices, not just Fortinet.

Currently, there isn't a standout feature. We use Fortinet FortiSandbox for scanning files such as attachments, and we have not faced any issues so far. Up to now, it is performing well.

The most valuable features for me when it comes to Fortinet FortiSandbox are the integrity of the Sandbox and the power of the analyzing tool of the solution. I can also say that the design of this appliance is quite light and powerful.

The most valuable features of the product include components like CDR, greylisting, sandboxing, attachment detection in sandboxing, DLP fingerprinting, and the redirect option.

The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiSandbox is its ability to be integrated with email infrastructure, like FortiMail, with a blocking mode option, which means that FortiSandbox not only allows the detection of some malicious objects in emails but also helps block them to prevent end users from receiving from malicious emails.

The solution extracts an attached file before reaching the user and notifies the user if there's something malicious in the attachment received along with an email. The solution prevents such malicious content from entering your enterprise network.

The most valuable feature of the solution is that the performance it offers to users is good, making it useful for us in our company. Fortinet FortiSandbox is more like a SASE solution.

FortiSandbox analyzes the behavior of processes in a sandbox environment, which is useful for threat hunting. The solution has an excellent standard configuration, and you can prioritize the types of files of VMs you want to analyze. It also integrates seamlessly with other Fortinet solutions, like FortiGate, FortiMail, and FortiEMS. 

The product is great. It can be deployed on the cloud or on-premises. There's a virtual machine and a hardware appliance available, so it's quite versatile.

The firmware is very good. 

I like the services and features on offer. 

Technical support is okay.

FortiGate is very easy in terms of configuration. The Web GUI is very simple and the Command Line is okay. The GUI makes administration tasks straightforward. 

The solution is stable.

You can scale the solution easily.

Compared to other solutions, it's easy to configure and implement because of the templates. The timing of scanning files is faster.

The dynamic behavior analysis is excellent. We have many attacks caught by the FortiSandbox as zero-day attacks. Additionally, the administration is simple and can be customized to fit your companies needs.

Fortinet FortiSandbox has manual scan features. We have other sandboxes solutions from other vendors but they don't have this feature. It allows you to interpret or intervene in the scan whatever you want. It is a SOC analyzer, and it is called Manual Scan or something similar. Comparing this feature to other vendors, it's very good.

The UI is good.

Integration is one of the solution's most valuable aspects. You can integrate even third-party solutions so that they can send the information or files they quarantine through the FortiSandbox. That's one of the main features every customer relies on or likes. 

The performance capacity is impressive. Normally, you will need a big solution, I would say, or big hardware so that you can handle all the processing you have to do. However, FortiSandbox is quite a good hardware in and of itself. You can handle it without any restrictions. 

With an on-premises solution, you can do all the analysis locally and not have the need to connect to the internet to depend on that service. 

The solution can scale, however, it needs to be planned ahead of time.

The technical support on offer is quite good.

The scanner office document as well as PDF are useful. The most valuable thing is that you can emulate different operating systems without having the danger of getting something infected. It emulates several operating systems, and as a result, you either get the file or you don't get the file. 

The analysis engine is a very valuable feature. It's quite up-to-date. However, I have not been able to compare it with another manufacturer's product so I'm not really sure whether it is the best. But we just use information that we get from Ratna, and the popularity of Fortinet itself.

FortiSandbox helps us handle unknown threats. Every vendor is competing for who can detect an unknown threat the fastest. Fortinet is competitive in the market. 

Overall, it works fine. Its interface is also fine.

If there is malicious traffic that is going through the web application, we can halt that action, instead of waiting for the AntiVirus to take action. It also allows us to block them. This is the most valuable aspect of the solution.

What I find most valuable, is that it is easy to use. 

I like the integration between FortiSandbox and FortiClient with FortiGate.

The solution works very well for us. It's also fast, which is a very valuable aspect.

It can connect as a bandwidth analyzer and provide analytics on the network traffic. It's not limited to just sandboxing; it can also operate at the endpoint, firewall, or gateway levels to submit files for analysis and monitor network traffic for analysts.

The real-time analysis capability of FortiSandbox is beneficial for email analysis, but it's not practical for real-time web traffic analysis because users won't wait for the FortiSandbox to complete its analysis before accessing content.
