We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution is stable.""With Mist, every Wednesday they roll out new features.""In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich.""The most valuable feature of the solution is Marvis, the AI-driven network management system.""You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment.""The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done.""The most valuable feature of Juniper Mist is the Virtual Network Assistant, powered by artificial intelligence.""It provides private network access, helping us protect our company’s devices."

"It provides high-speed network connections.""That would be more of engineering at this point. I'm from more of the business side. It's pretty much doing the standard installations with portal integrations and integrations with the Mac.""We can use an access point to broadcast multiple SSIDs, assign dynamic VLANs, and configure dynamic access control lists (ACLs).""The solution is easy to set up.""Installation is easy.""All of the features are valuable in Huawei Wireless.""The most valuable features of Huawei Wireless are WiFi coverage and ease of use.""It is based on 802.11ax, which is a new technology. There are several valuable things, such as its speed and mobility. There are options for self-organizing networking so that it can perform operations and maintain itself. Its three interfaces are very good and user friendly."

"The pricing is reasonable.""The most valuable feature of TP-Link Auranet EAP is its high performance.""The solution has been dependable and has kept up with modern technology.""The performance and availability of Omada Access Points have met our business needs, particularly in improving network control and facilitating direct access for developers to branch services.""Its sturdiness and cost-effectiveness are the most valuable features.""This product is easy to use.""Omada Access Points are very good in terms of wired technologies and wired connectivity.""When this solution is set up, it is solid. Cons
"The pricing should be made cheaper.""I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features.""Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement.""Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release.""Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage.""The pricing is very high in the Indian market.""There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation.""The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location."

More Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points Cons →

"Improving the visibility, control offered, and cloud management would all be very helpful. Also how you can monetize the information you get from Wi-Fi controllers should be improved.""While I am fine with the current licensing price, I would appreciate it to be more cost-effective.""The security of the solution could be better in the future.""I have already integrated the radius system with Cisco and Huawei products, but it can be further improved to be more user-friendly and easier to use.""The demo program is an area for improvement in Huawei Wireless as it's hard to use. As a partner, you can use the solution for free, for thirty days, for example. On paper, everything looks fine, but you have to get permission and explain why you want to download the software, even if it's just for demo purposes. I don't get why I have to do this as a partner and still give an explanation that this would be for a demo setup. Downloading the solution isn't a click-and-install process that should go smoothly and efficiently. You have to get a lot of approvals and explain a lot, and in the end, you find out that you received the approval for one piece of software. It looks like you need additional software to use the software. My company asked for approval and received the approval three days later, but you need to install another software to use some of the features. In the past, most features were separate. Because Huawei wants a single pane of glass where all features should work with the Huawei equipment, Huawei decided to combine everything into the iMaster NCE Campus, which incorporates every other cloud solution. However, you still have to ask for approval for every piece of software, and without clear information on the features, the type of software, and the software files required, it's not so good from my point of view.""The solution should offer more integration with third-party servers and devices.""The technical support needs to be improved. They also need to produce some more technical guides.""Cloud integration needs to be improved."

More Huawei Wireless Cons →

"The solution takes a long time to switch to another connection, which should be improved.""There is room for wider improvements and additional features to enhance managing capabilities.""It's better for smaller organizations. This would not work for enterprises. It is not very scalable.""The technical support could be improved.""We have some issues with stability. It is not so fast. That is the main problem.""There should be more remote support for the mobile application.""TP-Link Auranet EAP is not very efficient, they need to improve it.""Aruba has better scaling capabilities."

  • "We don't have any control on the pricing. This comes from Huawei in India. Pricing-wise, Huawei is very aggressive and competitive if you compare them to competitors, like Cisco, Aruba, and Ruckus. The Indian Huawei team tells us, "Just pick up the order and design the infrastructure. If there are any pricing challenge, we'll work on that and we will try to match things 100 percent.""

  • "It is not monthly. It is a kind of perpetual licensing. We pay once depending on the kind of services we need to deliver. There are no licensing fees."
  • "Its price is very good. This wireless system totally costs about 30,000 euros, and some of the other solutions cost about 45,000 euros. It is a difference of 15,000 euros, which is quite a lot of money."
