Did the vendor’s expertise in the migration process come into play during the migration? If yes, how did it affect the migration process? Please provide details.

In deployment, the initial deployment also was quite easy. When we start to move the on-premises gateway for a mail server, there will be much issue in starting. With Cisco, it was much easier. Even with customer support, there was reliable support on the Cisco side. That is the case we are going with on the Cisco side.
