Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."The Capture command has been a lifesaver for me in each of my use cases and the advanced Excel functionalities like running macro, reading and manipulating data, etc. It allows the bot creator to leverage the inbuilt functionalities that AA2019 has to offer to a great extent."
"It saves time for the people who operate it."
"The data capture feature is very valuable. I know there are also some elements where you have to be able to incorporate AI, but I haven't gotten to that level yet."
"The scheduling feature allows for scheduling of the bots to a specific time every day, which helped remove the dependency on humans completely."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to transform data into clusters."
"In our fund management and fund reconciliation process, we had a lot of headcount. Automation has significantly reduced our FTE count, investing that IT personnel into other work. Also, the quality of the work has slightly improved."
"Its ability to integrate with other solutions is awesome."
"I really like the Automation Anywhere University website because it has a lot of good documents that you can read to learn about the solution."
"The most valuable features are test executor and development."
"Their license model needs to be improved. The biggest issue for me is that the license is tied to a person, and it is not something that I can pass if I want to use it for the first five hours and pass it on to you for the next five hours and so on. When we automate, the license is tied to me, and if you or somebody else needs to use that license, as a COE administrator, I need to transfer the license from person A to person B. This is something that I have always told them that should not be this way because you want to utilize your licenses effectively."
"The IQ Bot could use improvement."
"We would like to see more capability for integration and more customization available with some features."
"The assign value function is not there in the A2019 Community edition, which makes it hard for a developer to manipulate the data."
"The Image Recognition functionality should be enhanced to improve the accuracy of checkboxes."
"Intelligent automation is currently a buzz and I would love to see more innovation in this segment."
"Instead of depending on other open-source BPM products, AA should provide their own BPM for attended automations."
"Bots get disconnected from control rooms sometimes without any reason and this takes up a lot of time."
"TestLeft captures a lot of space in terms of memory, which is one issue that can be improved."
